លោក ទេព ធន បានលើកឡើងកាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៦ វិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ នៅពិធីសម្ពោធគម្រោងក្រុមហ៊ុន Metra BCCJP Co., Ltd. ក្នុងរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ។ គម្រោងនេះផ្តោតលើក្រុមគ្រួសារដែលមានប្រាក់ចំណូលមធ្យម ដើម្បីបង្កើតឱកាសឧបត្ថម្ភក្នុងការជាស្ថាបនិកដោយសាជីវកម្មនៃកម្ពុជា។

Cambodia Urges Foreign Investment in Affordable Housing

Senior officials from the Ministry of Land Management have expressed support and encouraged foreign investors. They aim to engage with Cambodian companies in the development of affordable housing targeted towards low and middle-income families to enhance safety and access to housing.

On November 16, 2025, Secretary of State Tep Thon highlighted this during the inauguration of the Metra BCCJP Co., Ltd project in Phnom Penh, aimed at the middle-income family segment. The initiative fosters opportunities to transform Cambodia's commercial development landscape, focusing on affordable housing models.
