នៅថ្ងៃទី១ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត បានចេញសារលិខិតជូនប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ ក្នុងឱកាសទិវាពិភពលោកប្រយុទ្ធនឹងជំងឺអេដស៍ ដែលកម្ពុជាចូលរួមអនុវត្តរៀងរាល់ឆ្នាំ។ សារលិខិតនេះផ្តោតលើប្រធានបទ 'យកឈ្នះការរំខាន បរិវត្តកម្មឆ្លើយតបនឹងជំងឺអេដស៍' ដែលមានន័យលើកទឹកចិត្តឱ្យពួកគ្រួសារ សហគមន៍ និងវិស័យសាធារណៈបន្តលះបង់រារាំងការរំខាន និងការរើសអើងចំពោះមនុស្សដែលរស់នៅជាមួយជំងឺអេដស៍។ នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីលើកឡើងពីសារៈសំខាន់នៃការរួមដៃគ្នារវាងរដ្ឋាភិបាល អង្គការអន្តរជាតិ និងសហគមន៍ ដើម្បីរក្សាកម្រិតឆ្លងឱ្យនៅតិច និងរក្សាកំណត់ត្រាជោគជ័យរបស់កម្ពុជា។

តាមសារលិខិតនេះ រដ្ឋាភិបាលបន្តផ្តល់អាទិភាពដល់ការពង្រឹងប្រព័ន្ធសុខាភិបាល ការពិនិត្យឈាមតាមស្ម័គ្រចិត្ត ការព្យាបាលដោយឱសថ ARV និងការផ្តល់ព័ត៌មានអប់រំជូនយុវជន និងក្រុមរងគ្រោះខ្ពស់។ កម្ពុជាក៏បន្តធ្វើការជាមួយដៃគូអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ ដើម្បីរកធនធានហិរញ្ញវត្ថុនិងបច្ចេកទេស សម្រាប់គម្រោងបង្ការ និងព្យាបាលជំងឺអេដស៍ឱ្យមានប្រសិទ្ធភាព និងគ្របដណ្តប់ទូលំទូលាយ។ សារនេះមានគោលបំណងរំលឹកឱ្យសាធារណជនឃើញថា ជំងឺអេដស៍នៅតែជាបញ្ហាសុខភាពសាធារណៈដែលត្រូវការការយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ និងការចូលរួមសកម្ម ដើម្បីបន្តការរក្សាប្រទេសឱ្យឈានទៅរកគោលដៅបញ្ចប់ជំងឺអេដស៍ជាបញ្ហាសាធារណៈ។

Hun Manet issues message for World AIDS Day 2025

On the occasion of World AIDS Day on 1 December 2025, Prime Minister Hun Manet issued an official message to the Cambodian public under the theme 'Overcoming Disruption, Transforming the AIDS Response'. The message underlines Cambodia's continued commitment to fighting HIV/AIDS and calls on families, communities and public institutions to combat stigma and discrimination against people living with HIV. Hun Manet highlights that Cambodia has made significant progress in reducing new infections and AIDS-related deaths, but warns that sustained political will, social solidarity and adequate resources are still needed to protect these gains.

The Prime Minister stresses that the government will keep HIV/AIDS as a public health priority by strengthening health services, expanding voluntary testing, ensuring access to ARV treatment and providing targeted education for youth and high-risk groups. He also points to ongoing cooperation with international partners to mobilise financial and technical support for prevention, treatment and community-based programmes. The message positions World AIDS Day as an important reminder that HIV/AIDS remains a challenge requiring active participation from all sectors, and that Cambodia aims to move closer to ending AIDS as a public health threat in line with global goals.
