បណ្ឌិត កែរ រដ្ឋា រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងសុខាភិបាល បានអញ្ជើញជាអធិបតីក្នុងពិធីបុណ្យទិវាអន្តរជាតិនារី ៨ មីនា នៅឃុំហោងសំណំ ស្រុកឱរ៉ាល់ ខេត្តកំពង់ស្ពឺ នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី ១ មីនា ២០២៦។ ពិធីនេះប្រារព្ធក្នុងខួបលើកទី ១១៥ ក្រោមប្រធានបទ សន្តិភាព និងសន្តិសុខសម្រាប់ស្រ្តី និងគ្រួសារ មានការចូលរួមពីនារីតំណាងក្រុមប្រឹក្សាឃុំ មេភូមិ គ្រូបង្រៀន និងភ្ញៀវកិត្តិយសសរុបជាច្រើនដង។ អ្នកគ្រូ ដា សុខនឿន បានអានព្រះរាជសាររបស់ព្រះមហាក្សត្រី នរោត្តម មុនីនាថ សីហនុ ជូនដល់អង្គពិធី ដើម្បីរំលឹកវីរភាពនារីលើសិទ្ធិ និងសេរីភាព។ បណ្ឌិត កែរ រដ្ឋា បានលើកឡើងថា រដ្ឋាភិបាលនីតិកាលទី ៧ ក្រោមការដឹកនាំរបស់ សម្តេចមហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នឹងបន្តជំរុញ និងលើកកម្ពស់តួនាទីស្រ្តី ក្នុងសង្គម និងការចូលរួមអភិវឌ្ឍសេដ្ឋកិច្ច សង្គម និងគ្រួសារ។

លោកបានបញ្ជាក់ថា រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលបន្តលើកកម្ពស់សមភាពយេនឌ័រ តាមរយៈការវិនិយោគក្នុងវិស័យសេដ្ឋកិច្ច អប់រំ សុខភាព និងការដឹកនាំសាធារណៈ ដើម្បីបង្កើនសិទ្ធិនារីលើការសម្រេចចិត្ត គ្រួសារ និងកាត់បន្ថយអំពើហិង្សាតាមយេនឌ័រ លើស្រ្តី និងក្មេងស្រី។ លោកក៏បានអះអាងពីកាតព្វកិច្ចរដ្ឋាភិបាលក្នុងការថែរក្សាសន្តិភាព អធិបតេយ្យភាព និងដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាជម្លោះព្រំដែនដោយសន្តិវិធី ដើម្បីការពារសុវត្ថិភាពប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ និងកងទ័ព។ ក្នុងឱកាសនេះ បណ្ឌិត កែរ រដ្ឋា បានចែកវត្ថុអនុស្សាវរីយ៍ និងថវិកា ជូននារី ២២ នាក់ និងថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំភូមិឃុំជាបុរស ២៣ នាក់ ហើយបានទៅសួរសុខទុក្ខសមាជិកភូមីម្នាក់ដែលជំងឺធ្ងន់ នៅផ្ទះ និងផ្ដល់ជំនួយថវិកា និងសម្ភារៈបន្ថែម។

Government reiterates commitment to boosting women's role and gender equality

Dr. Kea Rotha, Secretary of State at the Ministry of Health, presided over a ceremony marking International Women's Day in Haong Samnam commune, Oral district, Kampong Speu province, on 1 March 2026. The event, commemorating the 115th anniversary under the theme 'Peace and security for women and families', gathered women representatives from commune and village councils, local schools and community structures, along with male local leaders. A female representative read the message of Queen Mother Norodom Monineath Sihanouk to the audience, recalling the global struggle of women for rights, freedom and democracy. In his remarks, Dr. Kea reiterated that the 7th-mandate Royal Government, led by Prime Minister Hun Manet, will continue the legacy of former Prime Minister Hun Sen by further promoting women's role in Cambodian society and in national economic and social development.

He said the government will keep advancing gender equality by increasing investment in the economy, education, health and public leadership, aiming to enhance women's decision-making power over family planning and reduce gender-based violence against women and girls. Dr. Kea also underlined the government's commitment to maintaining peace, sovereignty and public order, and to resolving border-related tensions through peaceful means to safeguard citizens and armed forces. On this occasion, he distributed gifts and cash support to 22 women and 23 male village and commune leaders, and visited a seriously ill female villager at her home to provide additional financial and material assistance, highlighting the social support aspect of the celebration.
