លោក ខាយ ឃុនហេង រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងប្រៃសណីយ៍និងទូរគមនាគមន៍ បានអញ្ជើញជាអធិបតីក្នុងពិធីសប្បុរសធម៌បរិច្ចាគឈាម ក្រោមប្រធានបទ៖ «រួមគ្នាបរិច្ចាគឈាម សង្គ្រោះជីវិត» លើកទី២។ នៅថ្ងៃទី២០ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ នៅទីស្តីការ ក.ប.ទ.។ ពិធីនេះ រៀបចំឡើងដោយក្រសួងប្រៃសណីយ៍និងទូរគមនាគមន៍ សហការជាមួយមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលជាតិផ្តល់ឈាម ដោយមានគោលបំណងជួយសង្គ្រោះជីវិត និងបង្ហាញអំពីទឹកចិត្តសប្បុរសរបស់មន្ត្រី។

ពិធីនេះមានការចូលរួមពីវេជ្ជបណ្ឌិត ហេង សុខចំរើន អនុប្រធានមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលជាតិផ្តល់ឈាម និងថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ មន្ត្រីរាជការ និងបុគ្គលិកអង្គភាពក្រោមឱវាទ ក.ប.ទ.។ កម្មវិធីនេះមិនត្រឹមតែជាជំនួយអាយុជីវិតប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ ទាល់តែផ្តល់សក្ខីកម្មបង្ហាញពីទឹកចិត្តសប្បុរស និងការពង្រឹងភាព đoàn kếtរបស់មន្ត្រី។

Cambodia Hosts Second Blood Donation Event to Save Lives

On November 20, 2025, Khay Khunheng, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications, presided over the second blood donation event under the theme 'Collaborate to Donate Blood, Save Lives'. The event took place at the Ministry's headquarters and aimed to contribute to life-saving efforts. Organized in collaboration with the National Blood Transfusion Center, it highlighted the generosity of the civil servants involved.

The event was attended by Dr. Heng Sokchamroeun, Deputy Director of the National Blood Transfusion Center, along with numerous officials and staff. This initiative served not only as a life-saving mission but also as a testament to the solidarity and charitable spirit of the participants, strengthening community bonds among the ministry's personnel.
