នៅថ្ងៃទី២៦ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ឯកឧត្ដមនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីកម្ពុជា និងថៃ បានចេញសេចក្តីប្រកាសរួមនៅទីក្រុងកូឡាឡាំពួ ប្រទេសម៉ាឡេស៊ី។ ព្រឹត្តិការណ៍នេះធ្វើឡើងដើម្បីបង្កើនសន្តិភាពអន្ដរជាតិ និងបង្កើនសន្តិភាពតាមចំណុចប្រុងប្រយ័ត្នក្នុងតំបន់គែមព្រំដែន។ ក្នុងសេចក្តីប្រកាសរួមនេះ ពួកគាត់បានតម្លៃលើការសង់កិច្ចចរចា និងកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងដោយសន្តិភាព។

Cambodia-Thailand Peace Accord Reaffirmed in Kuala Lumpur

On October 26, 2025, the Prime Ministers of Cambodia and Thailand issued a joint declaration in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The declaration reaffirms commitments to peace and security between the two countries, as witnessed by the President of the United States and the Prime Minister of Malaysia. This initiative aligns with their earlier declaration in July 2025. Both parties emphasized non-aggression, peaceful dispute settlement, and respect for international law and boundaries to enhance regional stability.

They agreed on military de-escalation along their border, supervised by an ASEAN Observer Team, and committed to restoring diplomatic relations and regional peace. Additional agreements include humanitarian de-mining and measures to prevent and combat transnational crimes.
