នៅថ្ងៃទី៣០ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ លោក ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ទៀ សីហា រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងការពារជាតិ បានអញ្ជើញជាអធិបតីក្នុងពិធីបិទសន្និបាតសរុបលទ្ធផលការងារឆ្នាំ២០២៥ និងទិសដៅឆ្នាំ២០២៦ របស់រដ្ឋបាលខេត្តសៀមរាប នៅសណ្ឋាគារសុខាសៀមរាប។ ក្នុងឱកាសនេះ លោកបានណែនាំឱ្យថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ មន្ត្រីរាជការ កងកម្លាំងមានសមត្ថកិច្ច និងអាជ្ញាធរមូលដ្ឋាន បន្តពង្រឹងក្រមសីលធម៌វិជ្ជាជីវៈ ផ្ដល់សេវាសាធារណៈឱ្យបានរហ័ស មានតម្លាភាព គណនេយ្យភាព និងបង្កើនទំនុកចិត្តពីប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ ព្រមទាំងចាត់វិធានការម៉ឺងម៉ាត់លើមន្ត្រីដែលបំពាន ឬរំលោភអំណាច។ លោកបានកោតសរសើរលទ្ធផលរដ្ឋបាលខេត្តសៀមរាប ក្នុងការគ្រប់គ្រងរដ្ឋបាល ការអភិវឌ្ឍមូលដ្ឋាន ការថែរក្សាសន្តិសុខ និងលើកកម្ពស់ជីវភាពប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ ដែលជួយធានាស្ថិរភាពនយោបាយ សន្តិសុខ សេដ្ឋកិច្ច ទេសចរណ៍ និងវិនិយោគ។

លោក ទៀ សីហា បានរំលឹកអំពីសង្គ្រាមឈ្លានពានពីកម្លាំងថៃ ដែលធ្លាប់បង្កការបាត់បង់ជីវិត ប្រិយមនុស្ស និងទ្រព្យសម្បត្តិកម្ពុជា ដើម្បីលើកសារៈសំខាន់នៃការការពារបូរណភាពទឹកដី និងសន្តិភាពជាតិ។ សម្រាប់ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ លោកបានដាក់ចេញអនុសាសន៍៧ចំណុច ដល់រដ្ឋបាលសៀមរាប រួមមាន ការពង្រឹងសន្តិភាព និងស្ថិរភាពនយោបាយ ការថែរក្សាសន្តិសុខសាធារណៈ ការកំណែទម្រង់ និងគ្រប់គ្រងរដ្ឋបាល ការផ្ដល់សេវាសាធារណៈតាមប្រព័ន្ធច្រកចេញចូលតែមួយ និងអនឡាញ ការអភិវឌ្ឍមូលដ្ឋាន និងតំបន់ព្រំដែន ក៏ដូចជាការពង្រឹងរបៀបរបបធ្វើការ វិន័យ និងសាមគ្គីភាពក្នុងអង្គភាពរដ្ឋ។ គោលបំណងគឺដើម្បីធានាឱ្យខេត្តសៀមរាបអនុវត្តយុទ្ធសាស្ត្ររដ្ឋាភិបាលនីតិកាលទី៧បានមានប្រសិទ្ធភាព និងផ្តល់អត្ថប្រយោជន៍ជាក់ស្តែងដល់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋក្នុងឆ្នាំ២០២៦។

Tea Seiha urges stronger ethics and firm sanctions against abuse of power

On 30 January 2026, Deputy Prime Minister Tea Seiha, who also serves as Minister of National Defence, presided over the closing of the 2025 annual review and 2026 work direction meeting of Siem Reap provincial administration at Sokha Siem Reap Hotel. He called on provincial leaders, civil servants, armed forces and local authorities to reinforce professional ethics, deliver faster and more transparent public services with accountability, and build public trust, while imposing strict disciplinary measures on any officials who commit violations or abuse power. Tea Seiha praised Siem Reap authorities and armed forces for their contributions in administration, local development, public service delivery and maintaining security, which he said underpin political stability, public order, economic activity, tourism and investment.

He also recalled past military aggression from Thai forces and its heavy human and material toll on Cambodia to stress the importance of safeguarding national sovereignty, territorial integrity and peace. Looking ahead to 2026, Tea Seiha set out seven key recommendations for Siem Reap, including strengthening peace and political stability, enhancing public security and crime prevention, advancing administrative reforms, improving one-window and online public services, promoting local and border-area development, tightening control over cross-border trade and illegal activities, and consolidating internal discipline and working procedures. These measures, aligned with the first phase of the government's Pentagon Strategy in the seventh legislative term, aim to ensure more effective provincial governance and tangible benefits for citizens in Siem Reap province in 2026.
