សម្តេចតេជោ ហ៊ុន សែន ប្រធានព្រឹទ្ធសភា បានផ្ញើលិខិតរំលែកមរណទុក្ខជូនលោកស្រី ខៀវ វណ្ណា និងក្រុមគ្រួសារ ចំពោះមរណភាពលោកសាស្រ្តាចារ្យ ហេង តៃគ្រី រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ នៅថ្ងៃទី៣០ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥។ លិខិតនេះបញ្ជាក់ថា សម្តេចតេជោ ក្នុងនាមថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងសមាជិកព្រឹទ្ធសភា បានបង្ហាញការសោកស្តាយ និងក្រៀមក្រំយ៉ាងខ្លាំង ចំពោះការបាត់បង់បុគ្គលម្នាក់ ដែលធ្លាប់ดำรงតំណែងរដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងសុខាភិបាល និងអតីតប្រធានមន្ទីរពេទ្យកាល់ម៉ែត ក្នុងជន្មាយុ ៧៧ ឆ្នាំ ដោយរោគាពាធ។ លោកសាស្រ្តាចារ្យ ហេង តៃគ្រី ត្រូវបានរំឭកថា ជាមនុស្សសកម្ម ស្មោះស្ម័គ្រ និងមានស្នេហាជាតិខ្ពស់ ដែលបានបម្រើប្រទេសជាតិ និងប្រជាជនក្នុងវិស័យសុខាភិបាល និងការស្តារ អភិវឌ្ឍជាតិ។

ក្នុងលិខិតរបាំទុក្ខ សម្តេចតេជោ បានបញ្ជាក់ថា មរណភាពរបស់លោកសាស្រ្តាចារ្យ គឺជាការបាត់បង់ធំសម្រាប់គ្រួសារ និងវិស័យសុខាភិបាល ដោយសារលោកបានអនុវត្តការងារដោយទទួលខុសត្រូវខ្ពស់ និងទុកស្នាដៃច្រើនក្នុងការលើកកម្ពស់សុខាភិបាល តាមរយៈការអភិវឌ្ឍធនធាន និងបច្ចេកវិទ្យាទំនើប។ លិខិតនេះក៏បានបន្តរំលែកទុក្ខជាមួយលោកស្រី ខៀវ វណ្ណា និងក្រុមគ្រួសារ និងបួងសួងឱ្យដួងវិញ្ញាណលោកសាស្រ្តាចារ្យ ហេង តៃគ្រី ទៅកាន់សុគតិភព ដោយសង្ឃឹមថាគំរូវីរភាព និងមនសិការស្នេហាជាតិរបស់លោក នឹងត្រូវបានរក្សាទុក និងបន្តរំលឹកនៅក្នុងសង្គមកម្ពុជា។

Cambodian Senate President Sends Condolences on Death of Heng Taikry

Cambodian Senate President Hun Sen has sent an official letter of condolence to Khiev Vanna and her family following the death of Professor Heng Taikry, Secretary of State at the Ministry of Health and former director of Calmette Hospital. The letter, issued in Phnom Penh, said Hun Sen, on behalf of the Senate leadership, members and the General Secretariat, expressed deep sorrow over the passing of Heng Taikry, who died on 30 November 2025 at the age of 77 after an illness. Heng Taikry was described as a respected husband, father and elder, as well as a national figure known for loyalty and patriotism, who dedicated his energy, knowledge and sense of responsibility to serving the nation and people, particularly in the health sector.

The condolence message stressed that his death represents a significant loss for both his family and Cambodia's health system, noting his active role in rebuilding and developing the country and in modernising medical services through human resource development and new technologies. Hun Sen said Heng Taikry leaves behind an example of courage and public service, and called on the public to remember his contributions to national development. The letter also conveyed sympathy to Khiev Vanna and the bereaved family and expressed prayers that his soul may reach a peaceful state, underscoring the moral and symbolic impact of his legacy on current and future generations in Cambodia.
