នៅថ្ងៃទី១៩ ខែវិច្ឆិការ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ អាល្លឺម៉ង់បានចុះកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងផ្តល់កម្ចី ៤៧.៥ លានអឺរ៉ូដល់កម្ពុជា។ ការចុះកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងនេះមានទឹកប្រាក់សរុបប្រមាណ ៥៥ លានដុល្លារ ប្រកបដោយគោលបំណងលើគម្រោងប្រសិទ្ធភាពថាមពលនៅតំបន់ជនបទនៃប្រទេសកម្ពុជា។ គម្រោងនៃការវិនិយោគនឹងផ្តោតលើការពង្រីកបណ្តាញបញ្ជូន និងចែកចាយអគ្គិសនីដែលមានឥទ្ធិពលទៅលើបរិស្ថាន សង្គម និងសេដ្ឋកិច្ច។

ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីកម្ពុជាបានថ្លែងអំណរគុណចំពោះអាល្លឺម៉ង់ដែលគាំទ្ររដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា និងជំរុញកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការ។ កិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងនេះ​នឹងរួមចំណែកដល់ការអភិវឌ្ឍវិស័យថាមពល និងធានាមាននិរន្តភាពក្នុងការផ្គត់ផ្គង់អគ្គិសនីសម្រាប់សេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងកសិកម្ម។

Germany Agrees to $55 Million Loan for Cambodia

On November 19, 2025, Germany signed an agreement granting a €47.5 million loan to Cambodia. The agreement, amounting to approximately $55 million, aims to enhance energy efficiency projects in rural areas of Cambodia. This investment is focused on expanding electricity transmission and distribution networks, with significant impacts on environmental, social, and economic sectors.

Cambodian Deputy Prime Minister expressed gratitude towards Germany for its continued support and cooperation. This agreement will contribute to the development of Cambodia's energy sector, ensuring stability and sustainability in electricity supply for the economy and agriculture.
