កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៣០ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ នៅក្នុងទស្សនកិច្ចនៅរដ្ឋអ៊ីស្រាអែល រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងការងារ និងបណ្តុះបណ្តាលវិជ្ជាជីវៈ លោក ហេង សួរ បានជួបសំណេះសំណាលជាមួយសិក្ខាកាមខ្មែរផ្នែកកសិកម្មប្រមាណ ៣០នាក់ នៅវិទ្យាស្ថានកសិកម្ម AgroStudies ក្រុងនេតានីយ៉ា។ ការជួបនេះមានគោលបំណងស្វែងយល់ពីស្ថានភាពរស់នៅ ការរៀនសូត្រ និងលក្ខខណ្ឌការងាររបស់សិក្ខាកាម ក្នុងវិស័យកសិកម្មអ៊ីស្រាអែល ព្រមទាំងលើកទឹកចិត្តឱ្យពួកគេប្រើឱកាសនេះបន្ដខិតខំសិក្សាផ្នែកបច្ចេកទេស និងបទពិសោធន៍កសិកម្មសម័យថ្មី។ លោក បានបញ្ជាក់ឱ្យសិក្ខាកាមរក្សាទំនាក់ទំនងល្អគ្នា ជួយគាំពារ និងយកអាសាគ្នាក្នុងជីវិតប្រចាំថ្ងៃ។

ក្នុងឱកាសនេះ លោក ហេង សួរ ក៏បានបញ្ជូនការផ្តាំផ្ញើ និងសួរសុខទុក្ខពីសម្តេចមហាបវរធិបតីនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ដើម្បីបញ្ជាក់ការយកចិត្តទុកដាក់រដ្ឋាភិបាលចំពោះយុវជនដែលកំពុងធ្វើកម្មសិក្សាក្រៅប្រទេស។ រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីបានណែនាំឱ្យសិក្ខាកាមបន្តរៀនសូត្រដើម្បីបន្តឆ្នាំទី២ ឬត្រៀមខ្លួនយកចំណេះដឹង និងជំនាញដែលទទួលបានត្រឡប់មកអនុវត្តនៅកម្ពុជា ដើម្បីលើកកម្ពស់វិស័យកសិកម្មជាប្រយោជន៍សាធារណៈ។ ជាមួយគ្នានេះ លោកក៏បានថ្លែងអំណរគុណចំពោះវិទ្យាស្ថាន AgroStudies ដែលទទួលយក និងគាំទ្រសិក្ខាកាមខ្មែរមកធ្វើកម្មសិក្សាតាំងពីឆ្នាំ២០២០ មក ហើយបានរួមចំណែកបណ្តុះបណ្តាលកម្លាំងបុគ្គលិកកសិកម្មសម្រាប់កម្ពុជា។

Cambodian Labour Minister meets agricultural trainees in Israel

On 30 November 2025, Minister of Labour and Vocational Training Heng Sour met around 30 Cambodian agricultural trainees during his official visit to Israel at the AgroStudies agricultural training institute in Netanya. The meeting aimed to review the trainees' living and working conditions, understand their training environment and exposure to Israel's modern farming sector, and encourage them to take full advantage of this overseas programme. Heng Sour urged the group to maintain solidarity, support each other in daily life, and focus on building practical skills and experience that can be applied after the programme.

The minister also conveyed greetings and encouragement from the Prime Minister, underlining the government's attention to Cambodians studying and training abroad. He encouraged trainees to either continue into a second year of study or return to Cambodia ready to contribute their new knowledge to the country's agricultural development. Heng Sour expressed appreciation to AgroStudies for accepting and supporting Cambodian trainees in Israel's agricultural sector since 2008, noting that the long-running cooperation helps build human resources for Cambodia's modern agriculture and strengthens bilateral ties between the two countries.
