ទេសរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី អៀង មូលី បានជាអធិបតីភាពដឹកនាំកិច្ចប្រជុំជាមួយគណៈកម្មាធិការប្រយុទ្ធនឹងជំងឺអេដស៍ក្រសួងសុខាភិបាល។ ព្រឹត្តិការណ៍នេះត្រូវបានរៀបចំក្នុងថ្ងៃទី១៧ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ដើម្បីស្វាគមន៍គណៈកម្មាធិការថ្មី ដែលមានប្រធានលោកស្រី យក់ សម្បត្តិ។ លោកអង្គការកំពុងពិនិត្យមើលពីវឌ្ឍនភាពក្នុងការអនុវត្តគោលនយោបាយបញ្ចប់អេដស៍ និងផែនការជាងអេដស៍សម្រាប់ឆ្នាំ២០២៣-២០២៨។ ពេលបើកកិច្ចប្រជុំ លោកទេសរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីបានស្វាគមន៍ប្រតិភូ និងថ្លែងអំណរគុណចំពោះកិច្ចប្រឹងប្រែងក្រសួងសុខាភិបាល។ លោកបានលើកឡើងថាកម្ពុជាសម្រេចបានគោលដៅ​៩២-១០០-៩៨ ក្នុងចំណោមគោលដៅ​៩៥-៩៥-៩៥។

ដឹកនាំកិច្ចប្រជុំ លោកទេសរដ្ឋមន្រ្តីបានសំដែងពីការពេញចិត្តលើការឆ្លើយតបនៅកម្ពុជា។ អង្គការបានវិនិយោគថវិកាបាតុកម្មប្រមាណ៦លាន ដុល្លារ ដើម្បីទិញឱសថនិងបរិក្ខារ។ លោកស្រី យក់ សម្បត្តិ បានព្រមានអំពីភាពយឺតយ៉ាវក្នុងការឆ្លងជំងឺថ្មី និងនិក្ខាតិមិនថមថយ។ ក្រសួងសុខាភិបាលបានព្យាយាមបន្តសកម្មភាព។ ពិធីឡើងកិច្ចពិភាក្សាអំពីប្រតិបត្តិការ និងការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍យុទ្ធសាស្រ្តជាបន្តផងដែរ។

Cambodian Health Ministry Revamps HIV Commission for Future Strategy

The Cambodian Health Ministry has renewed its HIV/AIDS Commission organizational structure to enhance its future response strategy. On November 17, 2025, Deputy Prime Minister Eang Moly chaired a meeting with the commission to welcome its new leader, Dr. Yok Sambath. The meeting focused on evaluating the progress of the 2023-2028 HIV policy's implementation aimed at ending AIDS and promoting health sector sustainability. Cambodia has impressively achieved 92-100-98 towards the 95-95-95 target for HIV control.

Deputy Prime Minister Moly praised the Ministry of Health for its efforts, allocating an estimated $6 million for medications and supplies. Dr. Sambath noted concerns over the slowdown in HIV cases reduction, emphasizing the need for continued vigilance. The session included discussions on operational strategies and exit strategies for future sustainable development, ensuring Cambodia remains a leader in HIV response.
