នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី១ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្រសួងប្រៃសណីយ៍និងទូរគមនាគមន៍ ជា វ៉ាន់ដេត បានអញ្ជើញជាអធិបតីក្នុងពិធីប្រគល់សញ្ញាបត្រថ្នាក់បរិញ្ញាបត្រដល់និស្សិតបណ្ឌិត្យសភាបច្ចេកវិទ្យាឌីជីថលកម្ពុជា ចំនួន ២៤២ នាក់ នៅសណ្ឋាគារសុខាភ្នំពេញ។ ពិធីនេះមានការចូលរួមពីថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំក្រសួង ប្រធាន និង សាស្រ្តាចារ្យនៃបណ្ឌិត្យសភា តំណាងអង្គទូត ដៃគូរអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ គ្រឹះស្ថានអប់រំ និងអាណាព្យាបាលជាង ៩០០ នាក់ ដែលបង្ហាញពីកំណើននៃវិស័យអប់រំបច្ចេកវិទ្យាឌីជីថលនៅកម្ពុជា។ លោក រដ្ឋមន្រ្តី បានលើកឡើងអំពីសារៈសំខាន់នៃជំនាញឌីជីថលក្នុងអាជីពការងារ ព្រោះបច្ចេកវិទ្យាឌីជីថលកំពុងភ្ជាប់ជិតស្និទ្ធនឹងការងារ ជីវភាព និងការវិវត្តសេដ្ឋកិច្ចសង្គម។

ក្នុងឱកាសនេះ លោក បានគូសបង្ហាញពីមោទកភាពលើស្នាដៃមន្រ្តីបច្ចេកទេសក្រសួងដែលអភិវឌ្ឍថ្នាល verify.gov.kh ជាផ្នែកស្ទើរកណ្តាលនៃការផ្តល់សេវារដ្ឋាភិបាលឌីជីថល និងត្រូវបានទទួលស្គាល់អន្តរជាតិ ដែលបង្ហាញពីសមត្ថភាពកូនខ្មែរក្នុងវិស័យបច្ចេកវិទ្យា។ លោកក៏បានអបអរសាទរនិស្សិតជ័យលាភី និងផ្តល់អនុសាសន៍ឱ្យបន្តអភិវឌ្ឍចំណេះដឹង ធ្វើការ​ឱ្យមានភារកិច្ច ខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែង និងរក្សាស្មារតីជាជនជាតិខ្មែរ ក្នុងគ្រប់កាលៈទេសៈ ដើម្បីចូលរួមជំរុញអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជាតិឱ្យទាន់ការផ្លាស់ប្តូរឌីជីថល។

Minister Emphasises Digital Skills at Graduation of Cambodian Digital Technology Institute

On 1 December 2025, Minister of Post and Telecommunications Chea Vandeth presided over a graduation ceremony in Phnom Penh, presenting bachelor degrees to 242 students of the Cambodian Academy of Digital Technology. The event, held at Sokha Phnom Penh Hotel, gathered more than 900 participants, including ministry leaders, the academy's management and professors, representatives of diplomatic missions, development partners, education institutions and parents, underscoring growing attention to digital technology education in Cambodia. In his remarks, the minister stressed that digital skills are now essential for careers, as digital technology is increasingly integrated into work processes, daily life and socio-economic development.

The minister highlighted the achievements of Cambodian technical officials at the ministry who developed the government platform verify.gov.kh, describing it as a national digital service that has gained international recognition and reflects local capacity in advanced technology. He congratulated all graduates and urged them to keep learning, work diligently with a strong sense of responsibility, and uphold Cambodian identity wherever they are. The message aligns with the government's broader push for a digital economy and society, positioning new digital graduates as a key human resource base to support Cambodia's ongoing transformation and public service modernisation.
