សៀវភៅ ខ្មែរ 'The Taste of Angkor' និង 'The Taste of Angkor 2' បានឈ្នះពានរង្វាន់ 'Best of the Best - Cambodia' នៅកម្មវិធី Gourmand Awards 2025។ កម្មវិធីនេះបានប្រារព្ធឡើងនៅសារុត អារ៉ាប៊ី សោឌីពីថ្ងៃទី២៧ ដល់ ៣០ ខែវិច្ឆិកា។ ការវាយតម្លៃនេះគឺជាគម្រោងសំខាន់ណាស់របស់ក្រសួងការបរទេសដើម្បីឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំងពីប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រនិងព្រលឹងភូមិខ្មែរ។

'The Taste of Angkor' Wins Prestigious Award

'The Taste of Angkor' and its sequel 'The Taste of Angkor 2' have won the 'Best of the Best - Cambodia' prize at the Gourmand Awards 2025, held at the Saudi Feast Food Festival from November 27-30. These volumes were published by Cambodia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs as part of a broader culinary diplomacy strategy to promote Khmer cuisine globally. The award signifies a milestone for Cambodia, enhancing national prestige and supporting its vision to become a high-income nation by 2050.

Both books feature traditional Khmer dishes and desserts, simplified for global audiences to recreate with local ingredients. Launched initially in 2021 and 2025, the series has garnered numerous international accolades, including the 'Best Asian Cookbook' and 'Special Award of the Jury.'
