ក្រសួងការបរទេសកម្ពុជាបានចេញសេចក្តីថ្លែងការណ៍ស្តីពីស្ថានភាពយោធិនខ្មែរចំនួន ១៨ រូប ដែលប្រទេសថៃបន្តឃុំខ្លួនដោយខុសច្បាប់។ ទាំងអស់នេះត្រូវបានយោបល់ថាត្រូវបានកោះហៅទៅនៅអ្នកកាសែត និងប្រព័ន្ធផ្សព្វផ្សាយឱ្យជម្រុញដល់ការដោះលែង។ ក្រសួងបានឱ្យដឹងថាអាជ្ញាធរថៃបានបន្តការឃុំខ្លួនតាំងពីថ្ងៃទី២៩ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ហើយខាងកម្ពុជាកំពុងខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងទូតក្នុងការទាក់ទងជាមួយថៃ និងអង្គការអន្តរជាតិ ដើម្បីបញ្ឈប់ការជំរុញផ្ទាល់នៅចំពោះមុខសហភាពអន្ដរជាតិ។ មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលកាកបាទក្រហមអន្តរជាតិ បានផ្តល់ការគាំទ្រ និងការធ្វើការសម្របសម្រួលដើម្បីធានាឱ្យ យោធិនទាំងអស់ទទួលបាននូវវាយាទិទេសក្នុងទូតបន្ទាប់និងបានឱ្យដឹងពីសុខទុក្ខ។

ក្រសួងបានអំពាវនាវឱ្យថាក្រុមអង្គការអន្តរជាតិ និងសហគមន៍ស៊ីវិលជួយក្នុងការសម្របសម្រួលដើម្បីធានាដល់ការទទួលនូវវាយាទិទេសត្រឹមត្រូវ។ កម្ពុជាសង្ឃឹមថាទាក់អស់យោធិនទាំងអស់នឹងត្រូវបានដោះលែងដោយឥតលក្ខខណ្ឌ ហើយបានអំណរគុណចំពោះអាជ្ញាធរថៃសម្រាប់ការគាំទ្រនាំជាតិសាសន៍ជាមួយបច្ចុប្បន្ននៃការសង្គ្រោះរាជអង្គការទូត។

Cambodia Demands Release of Detained Khmer Soldiers in Thailand

The Cambodian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has issued a statement regarding the situation of 18 Cambodian soldiers detained in Thailand under illegal conditions. These soldiers have been held since July 29, 2025, and the Cambodian government is actively pursuing diplomatic channels to press for their release. Collaborative efforts with international entities and Thai authorities are underway to resolve the situation. The International Committee of the Red Cross has provided support and coordination to ensure the soldiers’ basic rights and welfare are respected.

The Ministry has called for international organizations and civil society to assist in ensuring the soldiers receive proper diplomatic treatment. Cambodia hopes for the unconditional release of all soldiers and expresses appreciation for the international efforts to address the issue. The government continues its advocacy at diplomatic levels and remains committed to ensuring the rights and dignity of the soldiers are upheld.
