ក្រសួងការពារជាតិ បានចេញសេចក្ដីណែនាំថ្មី ហាមការប្រើប្រាស់អាកាសយានគ្មានមនុស្សបើកដ្រូនគ្រប់ប្រភេទ ដោយគ្មានការអនុញ្ញាតនៅទូទាំងប្រទេស។ សេចក្ដីណែនាំនេះ ដែលចេញផ្សាយនៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី៣០ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ មានគោលបំណងបង្កើនការគ្រប់គ្រងអាកាស និងការធានាសន្តិសុខជាតិ ជាពិសេសតាមខេត្តជាប់ព្រំដែនជាមួយប្រទេសថៃ។ ក្រសួងបានបញ្ជាក់ថា ការហាមឃាត់មានសុពលភាពសម្រាប់រាជធានី និងខេត្តទូទៅ រួមទាំងខេត្តកោះកុង ពោធិ៍សាត់ បាត់ដំបង បន្ទាយមានជ័យ ឧត្តរមានជ័យ ព្រះវិហារ និងប៉ៃលិន ដែលជាតំបន់ព្រំដែនស្រឡាញ់។

តាមសេចក្ដីណែនាំ មនុស្ស ឬអង្គភាពណា ដែលបំពានបង្ហោះ ឬប្រើប្រាស់ដ្រូន ដោយគ្មានការអនុញ្ញាតពីក្រសួងការពារជាតិ នឹងត្រូវទទួលទោសតាមច្បាប់។ អគ្គបញ្ជាការដ្ឋាន កងទ័ពជើងអាកាស ការពារអាកាស កងរាជអាវុធហត្ថ រដ្ឋបាលរាជធានី ខេត្ត និងអាជ្ញាធរមូលដ្ឋាន ត្រូវបានបង្គាប់ឱ្យបង្កើនការត្រួតពិនិត្យ និងយកចិត្តទុកដាក់លើសកម្មភាពប្រើដ្រូន ដើម្បីរក្សាសន្តិសុខ សុវត្ថិភាព និងសណ្តាប់ធ្នាប់សាធារណៈ។ ក្នុងករណីចាំបាច់ អង្គភាពទ័ពអាចឆ្លើយតបផ្ទាល់ រួមទាំងការប្រើប្រាស់ប្រព័ន្ធប្រឆាំងដ្រូន Anti-Drone System ដើម្បីបញ្ឈប់ការបំពាន។

Defense Ministry bans unauthorized drones nationwide

Cambodia's Ministry of National Defence has issued a directive banning all types of unmanned aerial vehicles or drones without prior authorization across the country. The instruction, dated 30 December 2025, aims to tighten control of the airspace and safeguard national security, with particular focus on provinces along the border with Thailand. The ban applies to Phnom Penh and all provinces, and specifically highlights Koh Kong, Pursat, Battambang, Banteay Meanchey, Oddar Meanchey, Preah Vihear and Pailin as sensitive frontier areas where enforcement will be reinforced.

Under the directive, any individual or entity that operates or uses a drone without approval from the Ministry of National Defence will face legal action in line with existing laws. The General Staff, the Air Force Command, the Air Defence Command, the National Military Police, capital and provincial administrations and local authorities have been instructed to step up monitoring and control of drone activities to maintain security, public safety and public order. In necessary cases, military units are authorized to respond operationally, including by deploying anti-drone systems to detect, disrupt or neutralize unauthorized drones in protected areas.
