ក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាលអាកាសធាតុបៃតង បានថ្លែងសរសើររាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា ចំពោះតួនាទីឆ្នើមក្នុងការឆ្លើយតបនឹងបញ្ហាអាកាសធាតុ។ សកម្មភាពចុងក្រោយនេះត្រូវបានបង្ហាញឱ្យឃើញនៅក្នុងសន្និសិទអាកាសធាតុលើកទី៣០ នៅប្រេស៊ីល កំពូលមន្រ្តីក្រសួងបរិស្ថានកម្ពុជាបានជួបគ្នាជាមួយមូលនិធិអាកាសធាតុបៃតង។ ការសហការរវាងក្រុមពីរបានធ្វើឱ្យមានគម្រោងនិងការវិនិយោគថ្មីៗ ដើម្បីបង្កើនសមត្ថភាពឆ្លើយតបនឹងការប្រែប្រួលអាកាសធាតុ។

នៅឆ្នាំ២០២៥ នេះ ក្រសួងបរិស្ថានកម្ពុជាក៏បានទទួលមូលនិធិអនុម័តសម្រាប់គម្រោងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ថ្មីចំនួន៥ ដែលរៀបចំដើម្បីពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាពជារយៈពេលវែងនៃប្រទេស។ ក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាលអាកាសធាតុក៏បានសន្យាដែលផ្តោតទៅលើការជួយឲ្យមានកម្រិតកាបូនតិចនៅកម្ពុជា។

Green Climate Fund Lauds Cambodia's Climate Response

The Green Climate Fund (GCF) has commended the Cambodian government for its exemplary role in addressing climate change impacts. This recognition was announced during the 30th UN Climate Change Conference in Brazil, where Cambodian Environment Ministry officials met with GCF representatives to enhance cooperation and financial resource mobilization for Cambodia's climate response. The initiatives will focus on strengthening Cambodia's climate resilience and low-carbon investments.

In 2025, Cambodia's Ministry of Environment has secured funding approval for five new development projects aimed at enhancing long-term climate capacity. The GCF has also pledged support towards developing a low-carbon economy in Cambodia, reinforcing the country's efforts to improve climate adaptability and sustainability.
