នៅថ្ងៃទី២០ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ លោក ជា វ៉ាន់ដេត និងឯកអគ្គរាជទូតជប៉ុនប្រចាំកម្ពុជា បានសម្ពោធមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលប្រតិបត្តិការសន្តិសុខសាយប័រ នៅក្រសួងប្រៃសណីយ៍ និងទូរគមនាគមន៍។ គោលបំណងនៃការបង្កើតមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលនេះគឺដើម្បីពង្រឹងសន្តិសុខឌីជីថល និងភាពជឿទុកចិត្តលើប្រព័ន្ធរដ្ឋាភិបាលឌីជីថល។ មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលនេះត្រូវបានបង្កើតឡើងក្រោមជំនួយរដ្ឋាភិបាលជប៉ុន។

មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលសន្តិសុខនេះមានសម្ភារៈបច្ចេកទេសសម្រាប់ការតាមដាន និងការពារពីការវាយប្រហារដែលចូលមកតាមប្រព័ន្ធអ៉ីនធឺណិត។ ខណៈពេលដែលការវាយប្រហារ DDoS បានកើនឡើងដល់៤៥១.៧លានដង ក្រសួង មានសមត្ថភាពការពារពីការវាយប្រហារទាំងអស់នេះស្ទើរតែ ១០០% ។

Cambodia and Japan Inaugurate Cybersecurity Center

On November 20, 2025, Cambodia's Minister of Posts and Telecommunications Chea Vandet and Japan's ambassador announced the launch of a new Cybersecurity Operation Center. The center, situated at the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications, aims to strengthen digital security and promote trust in digital government infrastructures. This initiative is supported by the Japanese government as part of socio-economic development projects.

Equipped with advanced technology, the center focuses on monitoring and defending against internet-based attacks. Since May 2025, there have been approximately 451.7 million DDoS attacks, which the center has nearly entirely blocked, ensuring the operational integrity and security of Cambodia's national digital infrastructure.
