លោក អ៊ុំ រាត្រី អភិបាល នៃគណៈអភិបាលខេត្តបន្ទាយមានជ័យ ចុះចែកអំណោយគ្រួសារក្រីក្រនៅក្រុងសិរីសោភ័ណ។ លោក អ៊ុំ រាត្រី បាននាំយកអំណោយមនុស្សធម៍សាខាកាកបាទក្រហមកម្ពុជាខេត្ត ចែកជូនក្រុមគ្រួសារខ្វះខាតចំនួន ២៩០គ្រួសារដែលផ្សំដោយអំណោយមានតម្លៃដូចជា អង្ករ២៥គីឡូក្រាម មីខ្លាឃ្មុំ ទឹកត្រី ទឹកស៊ីអ៊ីវ និងថវិកា។ ពិធីនេះបានរៀបចំនៅសាលាបឋមសិក្សា ហ៊ុន សែន សូភី។

អំណោយនេះបានផ្ដល់ជូនដល់គ្រួសារក្រីក្រទាំង ៧សង្កាត់នៅក្នុងក្រុងសិរីសោភ័ណ។ លោក អ៊ុំ រាត្រី បានផ្តាំផ្ញើសម្ដេចកិត្តិព្រឹទ្ធបណ្ឌិត និងលោកជំទាវបណ្ឌិតពីការទុកចិត្តលើសុខមាលភាពសាធារណៈថ្មីៗនេះ។ ជំនួយនេះត្រូវបាននាំអោយមានការរីកចម្រើនលើខ្លួនឯងតាមរយៈការដាំដុះ និងការបង្កើតជីវភាពគ្រួសារប្រកបដោយអនាម័យ។

Cambodian Red Cross Provides Donations in Sisophon

Governor Um Ratri of Banteay Meanchey led a humanitarian aid distribution to impoverished families in Sisophon. On November 2, 2025, Governor Um Ratri distributed humanitarian aid from the Cambodian Red Cross to 290 needy families residing in the city of Sisophon. Each family received meals including 25 kg of rice, 25 packets of noodles, fish sauce, soy sauce, and some funds. The event was held at the Hun Sen Sophea Primary School.

The donations were given to families across all 7 communes in Sisophon. Governor Um Ratri conveyed greetings from prominent figures highlighting the ongoing commitment to public well-being. This aid aims to encourage self-sufficiency through agricultural initiatives and strengthening household environmental hygiene practices.
