នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃសៅរ៍ ទី៨ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ លោក ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីប្រាក់ សុខុន បានរៀបចំប្រសាសន៍ជូនគណៈកងការទូត។ លោកបានបញ្ជាក់អំពីការអនុវត្តន៍សេចក្តីថ្លែងការណ៍រួមនៅកូអាឡាឡាំពួរ ដែលបានចុះហត្ថលេខានាល្ងាចថ្ងៃទី២៦ ខែតុលា ឆ្នា ២០២៥ ក្នុងការស្ដារតស្ថានភាពសន្តិភាព។ តាមប្រកាសនេះ បានសំគាល់ពីកិច្ចប្រាកដភាពមួយចំនួនសំខាន់ៗ ដូចជា ការដោះលែងទាហានកម្ពុជា ការដកយុධសាស្ត្រ បោសសំអាតមីន និងការប្យូប្យបាជ្រាបសាស្ត្វ។ នៅក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំនេះ កម្ពុជា និងថៃបានបញ្ជាក់ពីការត្រៀមខ្លួនដើម្បីសហការលម្ហៃសក្សានិងធ្វើឱ្យស្ថាប័នសាខបានធ្ងន់ពាហ្នាំយុទ្ធពិតការអន្តរជាតិ។

លោកប្រាក់ សុខុន បានអោយដឹងថាកម្ពុជាមានភាពខិតខំអនុវត្តន៍ប្តេជ្ញាពីការឯកភាពរបស់ខ្លួន ហើយបានសំដែងនូវការជូតចាំងដែលខ្ជាប់ខ្ជួននិងថៃដើម្បីសមេរីភាពដេញសទៅមុខ។ សេចក្តីថ្លែងការណ៍នេះបានសង្ខេបពីមូលដ្ឋានដែលមានសាមគ្គីក្នុងការកែប្រែតំបន់ព្រំដែនកម្ពុជា-ថៃអោយទៅជាតំបន់នៃសន្តិភាព។

Cambodia Updates Diplomatic Corps on Kuala Lumpur Joint Declaration

On the morning of Saturday, 8 November 2025, Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn briefed the Diplomatic Corps. He discussed the implementation of the Kuala Lumpur Joint Declaration signed on 26 October 2025, aiming to reestablish peace and cooperation between Cambodia and Thailand. The Declaration outlines key initiatives such as the release of Cambodian soldiers, withdrawal of heavy weapons, demining, and peaceful resolution of border disputes. Cambodia expressed readiness to coordinate closely with Thailand for mutual benefit.

Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn highlighted Cambodia's dedication to its commitments under the Declaration, thanking Malaysia, the United States, China, and partners for their support in achieving the ceasefire. The briefing included detailed guidelines on heavy weapon withdrawal and humanitarian demining, emphasizing the transformation of the Cambodia-Thailand border into a peaceful zone.
