នៅថ្ងៃទី២៨ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ លោក អ៊ុច បូររិទ្ធ អនុប្រធានទី១ នៃព្រឹទ្ធសភា បានអញ្ជើញចុះក្រុងប្រគល់ផ្ទះ និងអំណោយជូនគ្រួសារក្រីក្រ នៅស្រុកកងមាស និងស្រុកស្ទឹងត្រង់ ខេត្តកំពង់ចាម។ ក្នុងឱកាសនេះ លោកបានប្រគល់ផ្ទះថ្មីចំនួន ២ខ្នង និងសម្ភារៈប្រើប្រាស់ចាំបាច់ជូនគ្រួសារ ២ រូប និងចែកអំណោយគ្រឿងឧបភោគបរិភោគ និងសម្ភារៈប្រើប្រាស់ផ្សេងៗ ដល់គ្រួសារក្រីក្រចំនួន ៦០ គ្រួសារ ដែលជាអំណោយរបស់ សម្តេចតេជោ ហ៊ុន សែន ប្រធានព្រឹទ្ធសភា និងសប្បុរសជន។ កម្មវិធីនេះមានគោលបំណងជួយឱ្យប្រជាពលរដ្ឋមានលំនៅដ្ឋានសមរម្យ និងបន្ធូរទុក្ខកង្រេងក្នុងជីវភាពប្រចាំថ្ងៃ។

ក្នុងកិច្ចសំណេះសំណាល លោក អ៊ុច បូររិទ្ធ បានបន្តពាំនាំសួរសុខទុក្ខ និងក្ដីនឹករលឹកពី សម្តេចតេជោ ហ៊ុន សែន និងបញ្ជាក់ពីការយកចិត្តទុកដាក់លើសុខុមាលភាពប្រជាពលរដ្ឋគ្រប់ស្រទាប់ ដោយមិនកាត់ផ្ដាច់ជំនឿសាសនា ពណ៌សម្បុរ ឬនិន្នាការនយោបាយ។ លោកក៏រំលឹកពីការសហការរវាងព្រឹទ្ធសភា អង្គការអន្តរជាតិ និងអង្គការស្ម័គ្រចិត្តក្នុងការផ្ដល់ឧសថ សាងសង់លំនៅដ្ឋាន និងព្យាបាលជម្ងឺឥតគិតថ្លៃ ដើម្បីលើកកម្ពស់សុខមាលភាពជាតិ។ ដោយជាពិសេស លោកបានអំពាវនាវឱ្យសិស្ស និស្សិត ខិតខំរៀនសូត្រ ដើម្បីក្លាយជាទំពាំងស្នងឬស្សី ការពារ អធិបតេយ្យភាព ឯករាជ្យភាព និងបូរណៈភាពដែនដី កម្ពុជា និងរួមគ្នាសាមគ្គីជុំវិញរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលក្នុងការពារ និងអភិវឌ្ឍប្រទេស។

Senate Vice President Delivers Houses and Aid to Poor Families in Kampong Cham

On 28 November 2025, First Vice President of the Senate Uch Borith led a delegation to deliver new houses and humanitarian aid to poor families in Kang Meas and Stueng Trang districts of Kampong Cham province. The delegation handed over two newly built houses with essential household items to two needy families and distributed food supplies and daily-use materials to another 60 poor families. The assistance, donated by Senate President Hun Sen and various benefactors, aims to improve housing conditions and ease the daily hardships of vulnerable households in rural areas.

During the meeting with local residents, Uch Borith conveyed the greetings and concern of Hun Sen and underlined the continued attention of the Senate leadership to the well-being of citizens of all social backgrounds, regardless of religion, skin color or political tendency. He highlighted ongoing cooperation between the Senate, foreign development partners and international NGOs such as Global Life Sharing and volunteer medical group Bioderma in providing medicines, humanitarian aid, housing support and free medical services. He also called on students to study hard to become the next generation safeguarding Cambodia's sovereignty, independence and territorial integrity, and urged people to maintain unity around the Royal Government in defending national interests and supporting national development.
