នៅរសៀលថ្ងៃទី២៣ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ កងរាជអាវុធហត្ថរាជធានីភ្នំពេញបានប្រារព្ធកិច្ចប្រជុំបូកសរុបលទ្ធផលការងារឆ្នាំមុន និងកំណត់ទិសដៅការងារថ្មី នៅបញ្ជាការដ្ឋានកងរាជអាវុធហត្ថរាជធានី ភ្នំពេញ ដឹកនាំដោយ ឧត្តមសេនីយ៍ឯក រ័ត្ន ស្រ៊ាង។ កិច្ចប្រជុំមានការចូលរួមពីមេបញ្ជាការរង មេបញ្ជាការមូលដ្ឋានខណ្ឌទាំង១៤ ប្រធានមន្ទីរជំនាញ និងមន្រ្តីពាក់ព័ន្ធ ដើម្បីពិនិត្យការអនុវត្តភារកិច្ចការពារសន្តិសុខ សណ្ដាប់ធ្នាប់សាធារណៈ និងប្រឆាំងបទល្មើសនៅរាជធានី។ ឧត្តមសេនីយ៍ឯក រ័ត្ន ស្រ៊ាង បានកោតសរសើរកងកម្លាំង ដែលបានអនុវត្តតួនាទីដោយសាមគ្គីភាព គោរពវិន័យ និងវិជ្ជាជីវៈ ក្នុងការការពារប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ និងភ្ញៀវទេសចរ ពិសេសការទប់ស្កាត់ក្មេងទំនើង គ្រឿងញៀន ល្បែងស៊ីសង ការលួចលាក់តាមបច្ចេកវិទ្យា និងបទល្មើសផ្សេងៗ ស្របតាមបំរាមរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល និងអង្គភាពមានសមត្ថកិច្ច។

គាត់បានបញ្ជាក់ឲ្យមេបញ្ជាការរង ប្រធានមន្ទីរ និងមូលដ្ឋានអាវុធហត្ថខណ្ឌ បន្តបង្កើនសមត្ថភាពការងារ ឆ្លើយតបស្ថានភាពសង្គម និងសភាពការណ៍ថ្មីៗ ក្នុងឆ្នាំ២០២៦។ មន្រ្តីអាវុធហត្ថត្រូវសហការជិតស្និទ្ធជាមួយគណៈបញ្ជាការឯកភាពរាជធានី និងសមត្ថកិច្ចពាក់ព័ន្ធ ដើម្បីស្វែងរកបំបាត់ទីតាំងល្បែងអនឡាញ និងការឆកបោកតាមប្រព័ន្ធបច្ចេកវិទ្យាតាមភូមិសាស្ត្ររបស់ខ្លួនឱ្យអស់ស្ទះ។ ក៏ប៉ុន្តែ ត្រូវហាមឃាត់មិនឲ្យមន្រ្តីណាម្នាក់ពាក់ព័ន្ធ ជំរុញ ឬលាក់បំបាំងបណ្តាបទល្មើសទាំងនេះឡើយ ហើយបើមានករណីពាក់ព័ន្ធ ត្រូវដោះស្រាយតាមផ្លូវច្បាប់ដោយមិនលើកលែង។ ទិសដៅថ្មីនេះមានគោលបំណងបន្តធានាសន្តិសុខ និងភាពទំនុកចិត្តរបស់សាធារណជន និងវិនិយោគិនលើសុវត្ថិភាពនៅរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ។

Phnom Penh Gendarmerie Sets 2026 Security Priorities

On the afternoon of 23 January 2026, the Phnom Penh Gendarmerie Command held a review meeting on past performance and set operational directions for 2026, chaired by Rat Sreang, Deputy Commander of the National Gendarmerie and Commander of the Phnom Penh Gendarmerie. The meeting, held at the Phnom Penh Gendarmerie headquarters, brought together deputy commanders, heads of specialized departments, commanders of the 14 district gendarmerie bases and other officers to assess implementation of security and public order duties in the capital. Rat Sreang praised forces for internal unity, discipline and professionalism in protecting residents and tourists, and for firmly combating juvenile delinquency, drugs, illegal gambling, online scams and other crimes, in line with instructions from the Royal Government led by Prime Minister Hun Manet and senior security leaders.

He ordered all levels of the Phnom Penh Gendarmerie to further strengthen performance in 2026 and to respond to evolving social conditions and new threats. District and specialized units were told to work closely with the Phnom Penh Unified Command and relevant authorities to identify and dismantle illegal online gambling sites and technology-based fraud networks in their areas. Officers are strictly prohibited from colluding with, facilitating or hiding criminal activities, and any involvement must be dealt with according to the law without exception. The reinforced directives aim to maintain public security, reassure citizens and visitors, and support a safe environment for economic activity in the capital.
