Cambodia Condemns Illegal Thai Military Activities

Cambodia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation has strongly condemned the illegal actions of Thai armed forces. These activities were particularly noted in the Banteay Meanchey province, which remains under Thai control. The reported incidents involve the destruction in the Beung Trakuon area and additional infrastructure damage within the province.

Cambodia has called on Thailand to adhere to international norms under the United Nations Charter and ASEAN treaties. The Cambodian government reiterated its commitment to resolving disputes peacefully and maintaining cooperation with neighboring countries, rejecting any territorial changes by force.
