រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា និងស្ថានទូតចិនប្រចាំកម្ពុជា បានបើកកិច្ចសន្ទនារដ្ឋ-វិស័យឯកជនកម្ពុជា-ចិនលើកទី១ នៅភ្នំពេញ កាលពីព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី៩ កុម្ភៈ ២០២៦។ កិច្ចសន្ទនាខាងលើដឹកនាំដោយលោក ស៊ុន ចាន់ថុល ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី អនុប្រធានទី១ នៃក្រុមប្រឹក្សាអភិវឌ្ឍន៍កម្ពុជា និងលោក Wang Wenbin ឯកអគ្គរដ្ឋទូតចិន ដែលមានការចូលរួមពីតំណាងក្រុមហ៊ុនចិនចំនួនប្រហែល ៨០ និងតំណាងអន្តរក្រសួងសមាជិកក្រុមប្រឹក្សាអភិវឌ្ឍន៍កម្ពុជា។ កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះមានគោលបំណងឱ្យវិនិយោគិនចិនលើកឡើងបញ្ហាប្រឈម និងស្នើដំណោះស្រាយ ដើម្បីពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការផ្នែកសេដ្ឋកិច្ច ពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងវិនិយោគ និងបង្កើនទំនុកចិត្តរបស់សហគមន៍ធុរកិច្ចចិនចំពោះកម្ពុជា។

លោក ស៊ុន ចាន់ថុល បញ្ជាក់ថា កិច្ចសន្ទនានេះនឹងរៀបចំជាប្រចាំរៀងរាល់ ៦ខែម្តង ដើម្បីតាមដានការដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាដែលវិនិយោគិនបានលើកឡើង ខណៈប្រទេសចិននៅតែជាអ្នកវិនិយោគ និងដៃគូពាណិជ្ជកម្មធំបំផុតរបស់កម្ពុជា។ ផ្នែកខាងឯកអគ្គរដ្ឋទូត Wang Wenbin បានបង្ហាញពីការគាំទ្រការរៀបចំវេទិកានេះ ដើម្បីរួមចំណែកកែលម្អបរិយាកាសវិនិយោគ និងធុរកិច្ច និងលើកទឹកចិត្តឱ្យសហគ្រាសចិនមកវិនិយោគបន្ថែមនៅកម្ពុជា។ គាត់បានលើកឡើងថា ការវិនិយោគរបស់ចិនបានបង្កើតការងារជាង ១ លានកន្លែង និងរួមចំណែកសំខាន់ដល់កំណើនសេដ្ឋកិច្ចនិងពាណិជ្ជកម្មកម្ពុជា។ កិច្ចសន្ទនានេះក៏បានពិភាក្សាលម្អិតលើបញ្ហាទាក់ទងនឹងពន្ធដារ គយ ភស្តុភារកម្ម ថាមពល កសិកម្ម កសិឧស្សាហកម្ម និងការងារ ដោយផ្តោតលើដំណោះស្រាយឈ្នះឈ្នះ និងបង្កើតបរិយាកាសវិនិយោគមានសុខដុមរមនា និងទំនុកចិត្តសម្រាប់វិនិយោគិនចិន។

First Cambodia-China public-private dialogue seeks to improve investment climate

The Cambodian government and the Chinese Embassy in Phnom Penh have launched the first Cambodia-China public-private dialogue to address investor concerns and improve the investment climate. The meeting, held on 9 February 2026 in Phnom Penh, was co-chaired by Sun Chanthol, First Vice-Chairman of the Council for the Development of Cambodia, and Chinese Ambassador Wang Wenbin. Around 80 representatives from Chinese companies and leaders from relevant Cambodian ministries and institutions under the Council for the Development of Cambodia attended. The dialogue is designed as a platform for Chinese investors already operating in the country to raise obstacles and seek practical solutions, with the aim of strengthening economic, trade and investment cooperation and bolstering confidence among the Chinese business community.

Sun Chanthol said the government will hold this dialogue every six months to follow up on problem-solving, noting that China remains Cambodia's largest investor and trading partner. Ambassador Wang welcomed the joint initiative, saying it would support efforts to enhance Cambodia's overall investment and business environment and encourage more Chinese enterprises to expand their presence. He highlighted that Chinese investment has created more than one million jobs in Cambodia and contributes significantly to sustainable economic growth and trade expansion with China and other countries. Participants discussed issues in taxation, customs, logistics, energy, agriculture, agro-industry and labour, seeking win-win solutions to ensure a stable, predictable and investor-friendly environment for Chinese companies in Cambodia.
