នៅថ្ងៃទី១ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត បានបង្ហោះសារអបអរសាទរ ទិវាពិភពលោកប្រយុទ្ធនឹងជំងឺអេដស៍ នៅកម្ពុជា ក្រោមប្រធានបទ 'យកឈ្នះការរំខាន បរិវត្តកម្មឆ្លើយតបនឹងជំងឺអេដស៍'។ ក្នុងសារនោះ រដ្ឋាភិបាលបានបញ្ជាក់ថា ទិវានេះគឺជាកាលានុវត្តភាពសំខាន់ សម្រាប់រំលឹកពីផលប៉ះពាល់របស់មេរោគអេដស៍ និងជំងឺអេដស៍ លើសង្គម និងបង្ហាញពីភាពធន់ និងចីរភាពរបស់ប្រទេស និងសហគមន៍ ក្នុងការការពារសមិទ្ធផលដែលបានសម្រេច។ សារនេះលើកឡើងពីការប្រឈមថ្មីៗ រួមមានការកាត់បន្ថយថវិកាពីអ្នកផ្តល់ជំនួយអន្តរជាតិ និងតម្រូវឱ្យកម្ពុជា បន្តពង្រឹងការឆ្លើយតប ដើម្បីឈានដល់គោលដៅអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ប្រកបដោយចីរភាពឆ្នាំ២០២៣០។

សារនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីប nh្កាក់ទៅលើការយកឈ្នះការរំខាន ដូចជា ការរើសអើង និងការមាក់ងាយចំពោះអ្នកផ្ទុកមេរោគអេដស៍ ប្រជាជនគន្លឹះ កង្វះការយល់ដឹងត្រឹមត្រូវ កង្វះធនធាន និងការយកចិត្តទុកដាក់មិនគ្រប់គ្រាន់ពីភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធ។ រដ្ឋាភិបាលអំពាវនាវឱ្យពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហការរវាងស្ថាប័ន ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងសហគមន៍ ដើម្បីគាស់រំលើងឧបសគ្គទាំងនេះ និងបង្កើតបរិវត្តកម្មវិជ្ជមាន ក្នុងការដឹកនាំ គ្រប់គ្រង និងបង្ការជំងឺអេដស៍ ឱ្យមានប្រសិទ្ធភាព និងសក្តិសិទ្ធិភាព សមស្របនឹងការប្រែប្រួលសង្គម សេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងបច្ចេកវិទ្យា។

Hun Manet marks World AIDS Day, urges stronger response

Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Manet issued a message on 1 December 2025 to mark World AIDS Day, under the national theme 'Overcome disruptions, transform the AIDS response'. He said the commemoration is an important moment to highlight the impact of HIV and AIDS on society, to recognize new challenges such as declining international aid, and to reaffirm the resilience of the country and communities in protecting hard-won achievements. The premier linked Cambodia's HIV response to the broader effort to meet the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals, signalling continued political commitment at the national level.

Hun Manet stressed that overcoming disruptions is essential for a more effective and equitable AIDS response. He pointed to stigma and discrimination against people living with HIV and key populations, low public awareness, limited resources and insufficient attention from stakeholders as key barriers. The message called for stronger cooperation among government institutions, partners and communities to remove these obstacles and to drive positive transformation in leadership, management and prevention of HIV and AIDS. The government aims to adapt its measures to ongoing social, economic and technological changes so that HIV services remain accessible, rights-based and sustainable.
