នៅថ្ងៃទី១៩ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ សាកលវិទ្យាល័យភូមិន្ទនិតិសាស្រ្ត និងវិទ្យាសាស្រ្តសេដ្ឋកិច្ច បានរៀបចំវេទិកាសន្ទនារវាង ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្រ្តី កើត រិទ្ធ និងរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី កែវ រតនៈ។ កម្មវិធីនេះមានគោលបំណងចែករំលែកទស្សនៈទានស្តីពីការរីកចម្រើននៃវិស័យយុត្តិធម៌ និងវិស័យរ៉ែ និងថាមពលនៅកម្ពុជា ដល់និស្សិត។ ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីកើត បានលើកឡើងពីការកែទម្រង់ប្រព័ន្ធយុត្តិធម៌ និងការលើកកម្ពស់ប្រសិទ្ធភាពអនុវត្តច្បាប់។ លោក កែវ រតនៈ បានរាយការណ៍ថា វិស័យរ៉ែ និងថាមពលមានការរីកចម្រើនជាបន្តបន្ទាប់ ដោយមានការតភ្ជាប់អគ្គិសនីទៅកាន់សហគមន៍ទូទាំងប្រទេសកម្រិតខ្ពស់។

ក្រសួងរ៉ែ និងថាមពលក៏បានទាក់ទាញវិនិយោគសម្រាប់គម្រោងថ្មី ដើម្បីបង្កើតរោងចក្រចម្រាញ់ប្រេង។ អ្នកនាំពាក្យរដ្ឋាភិបាលបានបង្ហាញថា ចំនួនខ្នងផ្ទះដែលតភ្ជាប់បណ្តាញអគ្គិសនីកើនឡើងដល់ ៩៥.៨៨% និងភូមិដែលបានជាប់បណ្តាញជាតិឯងមានដល់ ៩៩.០៩%។ ទស្សនៈទានគ្រប់គ្រាន់នេះមានគោលបំណងបន្ដនាំមុខការអភិវឌ្ឍសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងការរីកចម្រើនប្រទេស។

Deputy Prime Minister and Ministers Discuss Justice, Mining and Energy Progress

On November 19, 2025, the Royal University of Law and Economics organized a discussion forum with Deputy Prime Minister Keut Rith and Minister Keo Rattanak. This event aimed to share insights into the advancements in Cambodia's justice sector and mining and energy sectors with the students. Deputy Prime Minister Keut emphasized the reform of the justice system and improving the effectiveness of law enforcement. Keo Rattanak reported continuous growth in the mining and energy fields, with a high level of electricity connectivity nationwide.

The Ministry of Mines and Energy also attracted investments for new projects to establish an oil refinery. The government's spokesperson highlighted that the number of households connected to the electricity grid rose to 95.88%, with village connectivity reaching 99.09%. These comprehensive insights aim to continue leading economic development and national progress.
