The Cambodian Ministry of Labor held a job fair in Battambang, providing more than 11,000 job opportunities. The event offered free technical training and information on social security benefits for former Thai workers, aiming to integrate them back into local employment. During the event, Minister Heng Suor noted the advantages of working in Cambodia over Thailand, including free healthcare and social security benefits. Participants also received transportation, meals, and free haircuts, highlighting a comprehensive support system for reintegration.
