នៅរសៀលថ្ងៃ២ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ក្រសួងសុខាភិបាលបានរៀបចំវគ្គភាពអ្នកដឹកនាំ និងនវានុវត្តន៍តាមប្រព័ន្ធវីដេអូសន្និសីទ ដឹកនាំដោយរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី ឈាង រ៉ា ជាមួយមន្ត្រីជាង៣ពាន់នាក់។ ក្នុងឱកាសនេះ រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីបានរំលឹកឱ្យមន្ត្រីដឹកនាំតាមឋានានុក្រមខិតខំដោះស្រាយបញ្ហានៅក្នុងសមត្ថកិច្ចរបស់ខ្លួនដោយមានទំនួលខុសត្រូវខ្ពស់ និងលះបង់កម្លាំងកាយចិត្តក្នុងការអនុវត្តបេសកកម្មវិស័យសុខាភិបាល និងបេសកកម្មជាតិ។ រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីបានបញ្ជាក់ថា អ្នកដឹកនាំត្រូវធ្វើជាអ្នករំលឹកការងារឲ្យមានសន្ទុះជាប្រចាំ ជាអ្នកការទូតស្វែងរក និងការពារផលប្រយោជន៍វិស័យសុខាភិបាល និងមានទេពកោសល្យក្នុងការពន្យល់ឲ្យភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធ និងប្រជាជនយល់អំពីការគ្រប់គ្រងសុខភាព។

Health Minister urges accountable leadership in health sector

On 2 December 2025, the Ministry of Health held an online leadership and innovation session via Zoom, led by Health Minister Chheang Ra and attended by more than 3,000 officials. During the event, the minister called on all hierarchical health leaders to work actively to resolve issues within their areas of responsibility with a high sense of accountability, and to devote their energy and commitment to implementing both the health sector's missions and national priorities. He underlined three key functions of health leaders: to regularly motivate staff and maintain work momentum, to act as diplomats in seeking and protecting the interests of the health sector, and to clearly explain health management work to stakeholders and the public.

The minister stressed that health leaders must consistently project a positive image through their conduct, speech and messages when leading and when appearing in public. He urged leaders to fully participate in all tasks of their institutions and to demonstrate good leadership behavior within their units, in inter-institutional forums and on the international stage. The session also featured two presentations: the Battambang Provincial Health Department team reported on health achievements in the province, while the Treapang Kraloeung Referral Hospital team presented on using PDIA to improve the hospital's outpatient consultation services.
