នៅថ្ងៃទី៦ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ អគ្គនាយកដ្ឋានគយ និងរដ្ឋាករកម្ពុជា និងអគ្គនាយកដ្ឋានសុខភាពសត្វ បានចេញសេចក្តីជូនដំណឹងរួមអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យក្រុមហ៊ុនមានគុណវុឌ្ឍិចំនួន៧ក្រុមហ៊ុនបន្ថែមទៀត នាំចូលមុខទំនិញសាច់បង្កក។ សេចក្តីជូនដំណឹងនេះមានគោលបំណងគាំទ្រការផ្គត់ផ្គង់សាច់បង្កកនៅក្នុងស្រុក និងធានាប្រកបដោយស្តង់ដារសុវត្ថិភាពសត្វនិងសុខាភិបាលសាធារណៈ ដោយក្រុមហ៊ុនទាំងនេះត្រូវប្រតិបត្តិតាមលក្ខខណ្ឌច្បាស់លាស់របស់រដ្ឋ។

តាមច្បាប់កំណត់ ក្រុមហ៊ុនត្រូវមានកម្មវត្ថុអាជីវកម្មសមស្របពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងការនាំចូលសាច់ ឬសាច់បង្កក មានប្រភពផ្គត់ផ្គង់ពីបរទេសច្បាស់លាស់ និងមានឃ្លាំងរក្សាទុកសាច់បង្កកដែលអនុវត្តតាមលក្ខណៈបច្ចេកទេសត្រឹមត្រូវ។ ក្រុមហ៊ុនក៏ត្រូវអះអាងជាលាយលក្ខណ៍អក្សរថា នឹងប្រើប្រាស់មធ្យោបាយដឹកជញ្ជូន និងចែកចាយសាច់បង្កក តាមស្តង់ដារបច្ចេកទេសសមស្រប ដើម្បីរក្សាគុណភាពទំនិញ និងការពារសុវត្ថិភាពអ្នកប្រើប្រាស់។ សកម្មភាពនេះរំពឹងថា នឹងជួយបង្កើនការប្រកួតប្រជែង និងធានាផ្គត់ផ្គង់សាច់បង្កកគ្រប់គ្រាន់ក្នុងទីផ្សារកម្ពុជា។

Cambodia approves seven more firms to import frozen meat

On 6 February 2026, Cambodia's General Department of Customs and Excise and the General Directorate of Animal Health jointly announced that seven additional qualified companies have been authorised to import frozen meat products. The joint notice aims to secure stable supplies of frozen meat on the domestic market while enforcing clear sanitary and technical standards to protect animal health and public health.

According to the criteria, eligible firms must have appropriate business registration related to meat or frozen meat imports, maintain clearly identified foreign supply sources, and operate cold storage facilities that meet technical requirements. Companies are also required to provide written assurances that they will use suitable technical means for transporting and distributing frozen meat to preserve product quality and consumer safety. The move is expected to expand the pool of compliant importers, support market competition and help ensure sufficient, well-regulated frozen meat supplies across Cambodia, in line with the government's efforts to strengthen food safety controls on imported animal products.
