នៅថ្ងៃទី ២៤ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ ២០២៥ លោក ប្រាក់ សុខុន អនុប្រធានាធិបតី និងរដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្រសួងការបរទេស និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ បានចូលរួមកិច្ចប្រជុំសាមញ្ញពន្ធ័កិច្ចពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងការអនុវត្តយុទ្ធសាស្រ្តរួម ៥ ចំណុចនៅក្នុងទីក្រុងគូឡាឡាំពួរ ប្រទេសម៉ាឡេស៊ី។ លោកបានបញ្ជាក់ពីការចូលរួមជ្រាលជ្រៅនៃកម្ពុជា ក្នុងការគាំទ្រមហាសន្និបាតអាស៊ាន និងការសម្រេចយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រ ដើម្បីជួយមីយ៉ាន់ម៉ាជាមួយនឹងដំណោះស្រាយតាណាកម្ពុជា ។

ដោយការផ្តោតធ្វើលើការបន្រ្តាបអតើវិនាសកម្ម និងសម្រុកអង្គការមានឯកសណ្ឋានពិសេស ក្នុងការរំដោះជំនួយមនុស្សធម៌ គណៈរដ្ឋមន្រ្តីបានសរសើរដែនដីភូមិភាគម៉ាឡេស៊ីចំពោះការយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ និងការសម្រេចយុទ្ធសាស្រ្តនានា។ ក្រោយមកលោកបា្រក់ សុខុន និងលោកហាជី មូហាម៉ាត់ បានដំណើរការជំរុញកិច្ចកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការ និងឱ្យមន្ដ្រីក្នុងការធ្វើកិច្ចប្រជុំពិភាក្សាលើក ៣ របស់កិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការទ្វីប។

Outcomes of the Extended Informal Consultation on Five-Point Consensus Implementation

On October 24, 2025, His Excellency PRAK Sokhonn, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Cambodia, participated in the Extended Informal Consultation on the Implementation of the Five-Point Consensus in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. He highlighted Cambodia's firm commitment to supporting ASEAN's collective efforts and aiding Myanmar in resolving its crisis through local-led political processes.

The consultation praised Malaysia's leadership in urging dialogue and humanitarian efforts, particularly after a recent earthquake. Deputy Prime Minister Sokhonn also commended Malaysia’s success in resolving regional disputes and enhancing bilateral cooperation, and agreed to hold the third joint commission for bilateral cooperation in Malaysia in 2026.
