ក្រសួងធនធានទឹក និងឧតុនិយម បានចេញសេចក្តីជូនដំណឹងអំពីស្ថានភាពធាតុអាកាសនៅទូទាំងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា សម្រាប់ថ្ងៃទី២៣ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥។ សេចក្តីជូនដំណឹងនេះ ត្រូវបានផ្សព្វផ្សាយនៅទីក្រុងភ្នំពេញ ដើម្បីជូនដល់រាជរដ្ឋបាលក្នុងតំបន់ ស្ថាប័នពាក់ព័ន្ធ និងប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ ឱ្យយល់ដឹងអំពីលក្ខខណ្ឌអាកាសធាតុនៅថ្ងៃខាងលើ និងរៀបចំផែនការការងារប្រចាំថ្ងៃឱ្យសមស្រប។ ក្រសួងបានបញ្ជាក់ថា ស្ថានភាពអាកាសធាតុអាចមានការប្រែប្រួលតាមតំបន់ ហើយអាចមានលក្ខខណ្ឌអាកាសធាតុពិសេស ដែលតម្រូវឱ្យមន្រ្តីបច្ចេកទេសតាមដានជាប្រចាំ។

ក្រសួងធនធានទឹក និងឧតុនិយម បានលើកទឹកចិត្តឱ្យអាជ្ញាធរដែនដី និងប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ បន្តតាមដានព័ត៌មានអាកាសធាតុតាមប្រព័ន្ធផ្សព្វផ្សាយផ្លូវការរបស់ក្រសួង និងអង្គភាពរដ្ឋផ្សេងៗ ដើម្បីបង្កើនការប្រុងប្រយ័ត្ន ចៀសវាងហានិភ័យអាចកើតមាន។ ក្រសួងក៏ណែនាំឱ្យវិស័យកសិកម្ម ដឹកជញ្ជូន និងសំណង់ ពិចារណាលក្ខខណ្ឌអាកាសធាតុ មុនពេលរៀបចំការងារធំៗ ឬដំណើរការដឹកជញ្ជូនសំខាន់ៗ ដើម្បីកាត់បន្ថយការខាតបង់ និងធានាសុវត្ថិភាពសាធារណៈ។ សេចក្តីជូនដំណឹងថ្ងៃទី២៣ ធ្នូ នេះ មានគោលបំណងគាំទ្រការគ្រប់គ្រងហានិភ័យធម្មជាតិ និងការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍សេដ្ឋកិច្ចសង្គមប្រកបដោយចីរភាព។

The Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology has issued an official notice on nationwide weather conditions in Cambodia for 23 December 2025.
