Cambodia has reaffirmed its commitment to fighting against all forms of transnational crime. The Cambodian government has clearly restated its dedication to tackling transnational crime in all its forms, including cyber fraud, human trafficking, and other technological crimes. Under the leadership of Prime Minister Hun Manet, significant achievements have been made in dismantling criminal networks and bringing perpetrators to justice.

The challenge of technological crimes is escalating as they transcend borders using sophisticated technology. Criminal networks employ clandestine communications, encryption, and digital currencies to operate across borders. Cambodia emphasizes the need for humanitarian and proportionate response measures to distinguish between genuine victims and perpetrators, ensuring responsible information dissemination.
