រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា បានបញ្ជាហាមឃាត់ការនាំចូល និងចែកចាយឧបករណ៍អេឡិចត្រូនិកនិងសារធាតុគីមៀ ដើម្បីការពារសុខភាពសាធារណៈ និងទប់ស្កាត់ការរីករាលដាលនៅក្នុងកណ្តាលយុវជន។ ការប្រើប្រាស់ឧបករណ៍សម្រាប់ជក់កំពុងមានការកើតឡើងខ្លាំង នៅក្នុងយុវជនកម្ពុជា ដែលកំពុងធ្វើឱ្យមានការព្រួយបារម្ភ។ រដ្ឋាភិបាលបាននិយាយថា ការប្រើប្រាស់ឧបករណ៍នេះអាចនាំទៅរកបទល្មើសគ្រឿងញៀនផ្សេងៗ ឬបង្កឱ្យមានការជៀសវាង នៃបារី និងសារធាតុនីកូទីន។ ដើម្បីសម្រេចគោលដៅនេះ ក្រសួងផ្សេងៗ តម្រូវឱ្យចាត់វិធានការអន្តរាគមន៍ និងផ្សព្វផ្សាយអំពីគ្រោះថ្នាក់។
