នៅថ្ងៃទី២៧ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ខ្នងការក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ ភ្នំពេញ រដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ហួត ហាក់ បានជួបអនុប្រធានគណៈកម្មាធិការអចិន្ត្រៃយ៍នៃសភាតំណាងប្រជាជនតំបន់ភូមិភាគស្វយ័ត Xizang លោក Jian Can និងគណៈប្រតិភូជាន់ខ្ពស់ ដើម្បីពិភាក្សាកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការទេសចរណ៍។ ភាគីចិនបានពិពណ៌នាអំពីការអភិវឌ្ឍតំបន់ Xizang ក្រោមយុទ្ធសាស្ត្ររបស់ប្រធានរដ្ឋ ស៊ី ជីនភីង ក្នុងរយៈពេល៦០ឆ្នាំ ចុងក្រោយ ដែលបានកាត់បន្ថយភាពក្រីក្រ លើកកម្ពស់ជីវភាពជនជាតិ Zang និងអភិវឌ្ឍទេសចរណ៍វប្បធម៌ ធម្មជាតិ និងសាសនា ដល់កម្រិតទទួលភ្ញៀវទេសចរប្រចាំឆ្នាំលើសពី ៥០លាននាក់។ លោក Jian Can បានចែករំលែកបទពិសោធន៍ អញ្ជើញរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីទៅទស្សនកិច្ច Xizang និងលើកទឹកចិត្តឱ្យផ្សព្វផ្សាយសក្តានុពលទេសចរណ៍កម្ពុជាប្រកបដោយភាពច្នៃប្រឌិត។

រដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ហួត ហាក់ បានអរគុណចំពោះការអញ្ជើញ និងរឿងរ៉ាវបទពិសោធន៍ ព្រមទាំងស្នើឱ្យភាគី Xizang ជួយផ្សព្វផ្សាយសភាពការណ៍ពិតរបស់កម្ពុជា ដែលកំពុងមានសន្តិភាព ស្ថិរភាពនយោបាយ សុវត្ថិភាព និងការរីកចម្រើនផ្នែកសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងទេសចរ។ គាត់ក៏បានស្នើឱ្យពិនិត្យលទ្ធភាពបើកជើងហោះហើរថ្មីមកភ្នំពេញ និងខេត្តសៀមរាប រៀបចំវេទិកាធុរកិច្ចទេសចរណ៍ និងដំណើរសិក្សាវិនិយោគ។ ភាគីទាំងពីរឯកភាពពិនិត្យរៀបចំ និងចុះអនុស្សរណៈយោគយល់សហប្រតិបត្តិការទេសចរណ៍ ដែលគ្រោងចុះហត្ថលេខា ក្នុងអំឡុងទស្សនកិច្ចការងាររបស់រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីកម្ពុជា ទៅតំបន់ Xizang ដើមឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ដែលនឹងជាកម្លាំងបន្ថែមសម្រាប់ឆ្នាំទេសចរណ៍កម្ពុជា-ចិន ២០២៥។

Cambodia and China's Xizang Region Boost Tourism Cooperation

Cambodian Tourism Minister Hout Hak met on 27 November 2025 in Phnom Penh with Jian Can, vice chairman of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of the Xizang Autonomous Region of China, and a high-level delegation to discuss strengthening tourism cooperation. The Chinese side highlighted 60 years of development in Xizang under the strategic guidance of President Xi Jinping, including poverty reduction, improved living conditions for the Zang minority and the sustainable growth of cultural, nature and religious tourism, which now attracts more than 50 million visitors per year. Jian Can shared Xizang's experience in innovative tourism development, invited the minister to pay a working visit to Xizang, and encouraged wider promotion of Cambodia's tourism potential to Chinese citizens and investors.

Minister Hout Hak welcomed the invitation and asked Xizang authorities to help disseminate information about Cambodia's current situation, stressing peace, political stability, security, broad-based development and rich tourism resources. He also proposed studying the possibility of launching direct flights to Phnom Penh and Siem Reap, organizing tourism business forums and investment study tours. Both sides agreed to explore the drafting and signing of a memorandum of understanding on tourism cooperation, planned for the minister's working visit to Xizang in early 2026, which is expected to give additional momentum to the Cambodia-China Tourism Year 2025.
