លោកប្រធានុប្រតិជន សុខខុននឹងចូលរួម សន្និសីទ​រដ្ឋមន្រ្តី La Francophonie លើកទី ៤៦ ត្រូវបានគេរៀបចំនៅថ្ងៃទី ១៩-២០ វិច្ឆិកា ២០២៥ ក្នុងទីក្រុង Kigali សាធារណរដ្ឋ Rwanda។ សន្និសីទ​នេះ ជាវេទិកាផ្តល់ឱកាសឱ្យ​មន្រ្តី​នៃ​រដ្ឋសមាជិក​ក្នុងអង្គការអន្តរជាតិ​គ្រួសារ​ភាសាបារាំងពិភាក្សា​ចំណុចសំខាន់ៗ។ លោកសុខខុនមានគ្រោងទទួលនាទីជាម្ចាស់ផ្ទះ​សម្រាប់កិច្ចប្រជុំកំពូល​ឆ្នាំ ២០២៦ និងសហចុះប្រកាស​ជាមួយរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី​ការបរទេស​របស់​របស់ Rwanda។

Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn to Attend 46th Francophonie Ministerial Conference in Kigali

Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn will attend the 46th Ministerial Conference of La Francophonie in Kigali, Rwanda, on November 19-20, 2025. The conference will serve as a platform for ministers of member states of the International Organization of La Francophonie to discuss key issues relating to women's evolving status. Cambodia will present its preparations as the host for the 20th Francophonie Summit in 2026, and PRAK Sokhonn will engage in bilateral talks with officials, aiming to strengthen relations.

On November 18, before the conference, PRAK Sokhonn will conduct an official visit to Rwanda where he is expected to sign a memorandum enhancing bilateral cooperation. This visit is seen as a step towards reaffirming commitments and expanding collaboration between Cambodia and Rwanda in the context of international Francophonie Cooperation.
