ក្រសួងធនធានទឹក និងឧតុនិយម បានចេញសេចក្តីជូនដំណឹងអំពីស្ថានភាពធាតុអាកាសនៅទូទាំងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា សម្រាប់ថ្ងៃទី៨ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ២០២៦។ សេចក្តីជូនដំណឹងនេះធ្វើឡើងពីរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ ដោយមានគោលបំណងលើកកម្ពស់ការយល់ដឹងរបស់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ និងអាជ្ញាធរមូលដ្ឋាន អំពីស្ថានភាពអាកាសធាតុប្រចាំថ្ងៃ និងការប្រែប្រួលអាកាសធាតុនៅតាមតំបន់ផ្សេងៗ។ ក្រសួងបានបញ្ជាក់ថា ការផ្តល់ព័ត៌មានអាកាសធាតុជាប្រចាំ ជួយឱ្យវិស័យកសិកម្ម ដឹកជញ្ជូន និងសហគមន៍ក្នុងតំបន់ជនបទ អាចរៀបចំផែនការងារបានត្រឹមត្រូវ និងកាត់បន្ថយហានិភ័យពីអាកាសធាតុ។

ក្រសួងធនធានទឹក និងឧតុនិយម ក៏បានអំពាវនាវឱ្យប្រជាពលរដ្ឋពិនិត្យតាមសេចក្តីជូនដំណឹង និងបណ្តាញព័ត៌មានផ្លូវការរបស់ក្រសួង ជាពិសេសក្រុមកសិករ និងអ្នកធ្វើដំណើរតាមផ្លូវគោក និងទឹក ដើម្បីបង្កើនសុវត្ថិភាព និងមានការប្រុងប្រយ័ត្នជាមុន។ ក្រសួងបានបន្តបញ្ជាក់ថា នឹងបន្តតាមដាន និងចេញសេចក្តីជូនដំណឹងបន្ថែម ប្រសិនបើមានការប្រែប្រួលអាកាសធាតុដែលអាចបង្កហានិភ័យដល់ជីវិត និងទ្រព្យសម្បត្តិប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ។ សេចក្តីជូនដំណឹងអាកាសធាតុថ្ងៃនេះ គឺជាផ្នែកមួយនៃកិច្ចការរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល ក្នុងការការពារ និងគ្រប់គ្រងហានិភ័យបង្កឡើងដោយបំផុតធម្មជាតិ និងអាកាសធាតុក្តៅឡើងជាបន្តបន្ទាប់។

Cambodia issues daily weather notice for 8 February 2026

The Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology has issued a public notice on nationwide weather conditions in Cambodia for 8 February 2026. The announcement, released from Phnom Penh, aims to keep the public and local authorities informed about daily weather patterns and short-term changes across different parts of the country. Officials stressed that regular weather information is important for farmers, the transport sector and rural communities so they can plan their activities, protect crops and reduce risk from severe weather.

The ministry called on citizens to follow official forecasts and updates through its formal channels, in particular people working in agriculture and those travelling by road and water. The notice underlined that the ministry will continue to monitor conditions closely and will issue further alerts if there are significant changes that could threaten lives or property. According to the ministry, this daily weather notification is part of the government's broader efforts to strengthen disaster risk management and respond to the growing impacts of climate change and extreme weather in Cambodia.
