នៅល្ងាចថ្ងៃទី១៤ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ លោក អ៊ុំ រាត្រី អភិបាលខេត្តបន្ទាយមានជ័យ បានប្រគល់អំណោយរបស់សម្ដេចតេជោ ហ៊ុន សែន និងសម្ដេចធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត ជូនជនភៀសសឹកចំនួន ៤៩៦គ្រួសារ។ អំណោយនេះត្រូវបានបញ្ជូនដោយលោក ជិន ប៊ុនធឿន អភិបាលខណ្ឌឬស្សីកែវ រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ ដល់ជនភៀសសឹកដែលគេចមកពីតំបន់ជាយព្រំដែនកម្ពុជា-ថៃ។ មន្ត្រីខេត្តបានថ្លែងអំណរគុណចំពោះសម្តេចតេជោ និងសម្ដេចធិបតី ដែលបានគិតគូរពីសុខទុក្ខរបស់បងប្អូនខ្មែរក្នុងជាតិក្នុងការប្រទានអំណោយនេះ។

Cambodia Provides Aid to Conflict Displaced Families

On the evening of November 14, 2025, Banteay Meanchey Governor Um Rithy delivered donations from Samdech Techo Hun Sen and Samdech Techo Hun Manet to 496 displaced families. The donations were conveyed by Chea Bunthoeun, Deputy Governor of Russey Keo, Phnom Penh, to those who fled the Cambodia-Thai border area due to safety concerns. The provincial officials expressed deep gratitude to the leaders for their ongoing concern for the well-being of Cambodian citizens through their generous support.

This initiative follows recent escalations due to border conflicts with military actions reported from the Thai side, leading to displacement. The authorities prepared safe zones such as the Chan Si Pagoda for those impacted.
