ក្រសួងធនធានទឹក និងឧតុនិយម បានចេញសេចក្តីជូនដំណឹងអំពីស្ថានភាពធាតុអាកាសនៅទូទាំងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា សម្រាប់ថ្ងៃទី២៨ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥។ សេចក្តីជូនដំណឹងត្រូវបានចេញផ្សាយនៅទីក្រុងភ្នំពេញ ដើម្បីឱ្យប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ និងអាជ្ញាធរមូលដ្ឋាន យល់ដឹងពីលក្ខខណ្ឌអាកាសធាតុក្នុងថ្ងៃនេះ និងរៀបចំផែនការប្រចាំថ្ងៃឱ្យសមស្រប។ ក្រសួងបានបញ្ជាក់ថា សេចក្តីជូនដំណឹងនេះមានគោលបំណងជូនព័ត៌មានឱ្យទាន់ពេល ទាក់ទងនឹងភ្លៀង ខ្យល់កន្ត្រាក់ និងសីតុណ្ហភាព ដែលអាចប៉ះពាល់ដល់សុខុមាលភាពប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ និងសកម្មភាពសេដ្ឋកិច្ច។

ក្រសួងធនធានទឹក និងឧតុនិយម ក៏បានលើកឡើងថា ពលរដ្ឋគួរតែតាមដានព័ត៌មានឱ្យបានជាប់លាប់ និងអនុវត្តมาต ប់ការពារសុវត្ថិភាព ដូចជា ការប្រុងប្រយ័ត្នពេលមានភ្លៀងខ្លាំង ឬខ្យល់ចំហរ និងការការពារក្នុងតំបន់ងាយរងគ្រោះពីទឹកជំនន់។ អាជ្ញាធរមូលដ្ឋាន និងឯកតាពាក់ព័ន្ធ ត្រូវបានលើកទឹកចិត្តឱ្យប្រើប្រាស់ព័ត៌មានអាកាសធាតុនេះ ក្នុងការរៀបចំការងាររដ្ឋបាល ការដឹកជញ្ជូន កសិកម្ម និងសេវាសង្គម ដើម្បីកាត់បន្ថយហានិភ័យ និងផលប៉ះពាល់អវិជ្ជមានលើសហគមន៍។

Cambodia issues weather notice for 28 December 2025

The Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology has issued an official weather notice for the Kingdom of Cambodia for 28 December 2025. The announcement, released in Phnom Penh, aims to inform the public and local authorities about expected weather conditions across the country so that daily activities and operations can be planned appropriately. The ministry indicated that the notice covers possible changes in rainfall, wind and temperature that could affect public safety, transport, agriculture and other economic activities.
