កិច្ចប្រជុំពិសេសលើកទី២ របស់គណៈកម្មាធិការលើព្រំដែនបានប្រព្រឹត្តទៅនៅទល់មុខមន្រ្តីឧត្តមសេនីយ៍ពីប្រទេសថៃ និងកម្ពុជា។ កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះធ្វើឡើងនៅទីតាំងមួយនៅប្រទេសម៉ាឡេស៊ី កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៣ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ដោយនៅក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំនេះមានការពិភាក្សាពីបញ្ហាសន្តិសុខ ព្រមទាំងប្រព័ន្ធកិច្ចការងារនានាពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងសន្តិសុខតំបន់។

គោលបំណងនៃកិច្ចប្រជុំនេះគឺធ្វើឱ្យមានការបង្កើតកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ចំពោះបញ្ហាសន្តិសុខនានានៅតាមព្រំដែន។ កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះមានកម្រងសកម្មភាពនានាដែលមានអំពីជំនួយគ្នាពីផ្នែកអានុភាព និងការងារផ្សេងៗទៀត។
