រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជាបានបង្ហាញការព្រួយបារម្ភយ៉ាងខ្លាំងចំពោះរបាយការណ៍ព័ត៌មានមួយចំនួនដែលឱ្យដឹងថាវេទិកាការចរចាបានផ្អាកកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងរួម។ ព័ត៌មានបានឱ្យដឹងថា ករណីផ្ទុះកម្ទេចមីន នៅថ្ងៃទី១០ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ២០២៥ បានបណ្តាលឱ្យទាហានថៃចំនួនពីររងរបួស នៅតំបន់ព្រំដែនក្នុងស្រុកកម្ពុជា-ថៃ ដែលជិតព្រះវិហារ។ ប្រទេសថៃបានលើកឡើងសារពួកនេះជាមូលហេតុឱ្យតប តាមសារភាព។

Concerns Over Suspension of Joint Declaration Between Cambodia and Thailand

The Cambodian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has expressed grave concerns over reports suggesting that Thailand has suspended the implementation of the Joint Declaration between Cambodia and Thailand, signed on 26 October 2025. The suspension, reportedly due to a landmine explosion injuring two Thai soldiers near Cambodia's Preah Vihear Temple, has resulted in Thailand also canceling the release of 18 Cambodian soldiers detained in Thailand. Cambodia denies allegations of laying new landmines, emphasizing historical minefield areas from past wars remain uncleared due to challenging terrains and border demarcation issues.

The Cambodian government remains committed to the Joint Declaration, underscoring its stance against the use of new landmines. Cambodia, a party to the Anti-Personnel Mine Ban Convention, affirms its dedication to international peacekeeping and conflict resolution procedures, urging the international community's support.
