ភ្នំពេញ៖ បណ្ឌិត កៅ ថាច ប្រតិភូរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល ទទួលបន្ទុកជាអគ្គនាយកធនាគារអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ និងកសិកម្ម បានចូលរួមធ្វើជាវាគ្មិនកិត្តិយសក្នុងកិច្ចពិភាក្សាតុមូលស្តីពី ហិរញ្ញប្បទានផ្នែកកសិស្បៀងអាហារ ដោយមានការចូលរួមពីក្រសួងកសិកម្ម។ នាពេលនេះ លោកបានផ្ដោតប្រធានបទអំពីគម្លាត ហិរញ្ញប្បទានក្នុងវិស័យកសិកម្មដែលចែកចេញជា៤ ប្រភេទ៖ ស្ថាប័ន ព័ត៌មាន សមត្ថភាព និងបច្ចេកវិទ្យា។

លោកកៅ ថាច ក៏បានផ្តល់អនុសាសន៍សម្រាប់បិទគម្លាត និងការចាប់យកបច្ចេកវិទ្យាថ្មីៗ ដូចជា ការពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហការរវាងតួអង្គពាក់ព័ន្ធ និងការប្រើប្រាស់ធនាគារឌីជីថល។ កិច្ចពិភាក្សានេះលើកកម្ពស់ការអភិវឌ្ឍកសិកម្មក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា។

ARDB Director as Honorary Speaker at Agricultural Financing Discussion

Phnom Penh: Dr. Kao Thach, the Cambodian government's delegate and Director General of the Agricultural and Rural Development Bank, participated as an honorary speaker in a roundtable discussion on agricultural financing, in collaboration with the Ministry of Agriculture. In this discussion, he highlighted the financial gaps within the agricultural sector, categorizing them into four types: institutional, informational, capacity, and technological.

Dr. Kao Thach also provided recommendations to bridge these gaps and adopt new technologies, including strengthening cooperation between stakeholders and leveraging digital banking. This discussion aims to promote agricultural development in Cambodia.
