លោក ជាប សត្ថារតន៍ រដ្ឋលេខាធិការប្រចាំការក្រសួងប្រៃសណីយ៍ និងទូរគមនាគមន៍ (ក.ប.ទ.) នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី១៩ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ បានអញ្ជើញជាអធិបតីភាពក្នុងពិធីបើកសិក្ខាសាលាពិគ្រោះយោបល់។ លើសេចក្តីព្រាងសៀវភៅណែនាំ ស្តីពីការគ្រប់គ្រងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុសាធារណៈរបស់ ក.ប.ទ. នៅសណ្ឋាគារ សុខាភ្នំពេញ។ សិក្ខាសាលាមានអ្នកចូលរួម ១៨៥នាក់ ពីអង្គភាពចំណុះ និងបានពិចារណាយោបល់ដើម្បីបំពេញណែនាំ។

សិក្ខាសាលានេះបង្កើតឡើងដើម្បីប្រមូលនិងណែនាំវិធាន និងនីតិវិធីរបស់ក្រសួង។ លោក សត្ថារតន៍បង្ហាញភាពមូលនេះសង្ឃឹមថា នឹងទទួលបានយោបល់នានា ដើម្បីកែលម្អខ្លឹមសារនៃសេចក្តីព្រាងសៀវភៅណែនាំ។

Consultation Workshop on Public Financial Management

Cheab Satarethan, the Secretary of State for the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications (MPTC), presided over a consultation workshop. The event, held on November 19, 2025, at Sokha Phnom Penh Hotel, focused on the draft guidelines concerning the public financial management of MPTC. Approximately 185 participants from subordinate units attended the workshop to discuss these guidelines.

The workshop aimed to gather insights and outline procedures and measures for the ministry. Secretary Satarethan expressed hope that the discussions would enhance the content of the draft guidelines through collective feedback.
