លោក ឃ្លោក រក្សី អនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការនៃរដ្ឋលេខាធិការដ្ឋានកិច្ចការព្រំដែនបានចូលរួមបើកបវេសនកាលថ្មីនៅសាលាបឋមសិក្សាត្រពាំងថ្មនៅថ្ងៃទី១ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥។ កម្មវិធីនេះមានការចូលរួមពីគ្រូបង្រៀន ក្រុមប្រឹក្សាក្រុង សិស្សានុសិស្សចំនួន ៣២១ នាក់។ គោលបំណងនៃកម្មវិធីគឺបរិយាយពីកិច្ចការដែលត្រូវអនុវត្តក្នុងនាមព្រឹទ្ធសភា និងរដ្ឋមន្រ្តីព្រំដែន បន្ថែមពីលើនេះ ក៏មានការឧបត្ថម្ភសម្ភារសិក្សាពីក្រុមការងាររដ្ឋលេខាធិការដល់សិស្សានុសិស្ស។

លោក ឃ្លោក រក្សី បានពាំនាំការសាកសួរសុខទុក្ខលោកគ្រូ អ្នកគ្រូ និងសិស្សទាំងអស់ ហើយបានផ្តល់សម្ភារសិក្សា និងថវិកាមួយចំនួនឲ្យនៅក្នុងកម្មវិធី។ ការចូលរួមនេះផ្ដល់កម្លាំងចិត្តដល់សិស្សានុសិស្សក្នុងការសិក្សាបន្ថែមទៀត។

Cambodian Border Affairs Officials Attend New School Opening Ceremony

Khlaok Raksa, Deputy Secretary of State representing the Ministry of Border Affairs, participated in the opening ceremony of the new school year at Trapeang Thma Primary School on November 1, 2025. The event was attended by teachers, city council members, and 321 students. The aim of the ceremony was to outline the duties of the Senate and the Border Affairs Minister, with additional support including educational materials provided by the Ministry's working team to the students.

Khlaok Raksa conveyed greetings from the Senate Chair and Prime Minister of Cambodia, showing care and support towards teachers and students. Educational materials and some funds were distributed to encourage students' ongoing education. This participation aims to boost the morale and motivation of the students.
