មន្រ្តីបរិស្ថានខេត្តស្ទឹងត្រែង បានសម្រួលចាត់វិធានការច្បាប់លើករណីល្មើសបរិស្ថាន និងធនធានធម្មជាតិ ក្នុងតំបន់ការពារធម្មជាតិ។ ការចាត់វិធានការនេះកើតឡើងបន្ទាប់ពីអយ្យការអមសាលាដំបូងខេត្តស្ទឹងត្រែង កាលពីរសៀលថ្ងៃទី០៦ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ បានលើកយកសំណុំរឿងព្រហ្មទណ្ឌចំនួនពីរ ដែលមន្រ្តីឧទ្យានុរក្សកសាង និងដាក់បណ្តឹង ទាក់ទងនឹងការកាប់ ផ្កួល រំលំ និងបំផ្លាញព្រៃឈើ និងរុក្ខជាតិព្រៃ ចុងក្រោយករណីកាប់គាស់ និងរុករានដីព្រៃ ក្នុងតំបន់អូរស្វាយ ភូមិគិរីបាសក្រោម ឃុំសន្តិភាព ស្រុកសៀមប៉ាង ខេត្តស្ទឹងត្រែង នៅឧទ្យានជាតិវើនសៃ-សៀមប៉ាង កាលពីថ្ងៃទី០៣ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥។

មន្រ្តីបរិស្ថានបានបន្តពង្រឹងការរក្សាភាពស្អាត និងយកច្បាប់ទៅអនុវត្ត ដើម្បីការពារបរិស្ថាន និងធនធានធម្មជាតិ និងគាំទ្រការអភិវឌ្ឍសេដ្ឋកិច្ចសង្គមប្រកបដោយចីរភាព។ ក្នុងផែនការសកម្មភាពឆ្នាំ២០២៦ រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្រសួងបរិស្ថាន បណ្ឌិត អ៊ាង សុផល្លែត បានប្រកាស 'ឆ្នាំសកម្មភាព ជាមួយលទ្ធផលជាក់ស្តែង' ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី០១ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ដើម្បីបង្កើនប្រសិទ្ធភាពក្នុងការគ្រប់គ្រងធនធានធម្មជាតិ និងបរិស្ថាន និងជំរុញអនុវត្តយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រចក្រាវិស័យបរិស្ថាន។ ក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំដំបូងឆ្នាំ២០២៦ លោកបានណែនាំឱ្យមន្រ្តីពាក់ព័ន្ធ បង្ក្រាប និងទប់ស្កាត់សកម្មភាពល្មើសបរិស្ថានគ្រប់ប្រភេទ ក្នុងតំបន់ការពារធម្មជាតិ ដោយអនុលោមតាមក្រមបរិស្ថាន និងច្បាប់ពាក់ព័ន្ធ ដើម្បីធានាការគ្រប់គ្រងព្រៃឈើ និងធនធានធម្មជាតិមានប្រសិទ្ធភាពកាន់តែខ្លាំង។

Stung Treng Environment Officers Enforce New Environmental Code in Protected Areas

Environment officials in Stung Treng province have sent two environmental crime cases from protected areas to the provincial court, underscoring stricter enforcement of Cambodia's new Environmental Code. On the afternoon of 6 January 2026, the prosecutor attached to the Stung Treng Provincial Court took up two criminal case files prepared by judicial park rangers involving offences of illegal logging, clearing, damaging and destroying forest and wild flora classified in categories 5 and 6, as well as encroachment and grabbing of forest land in the O Svay area of Kiri Bas Krom village, Santepheap commune, Siem Pang district, inside the Veun Sai-Siem Pang National Park, committed on 3 December 2025.

The Ministry of Environment has instructed its officers in all protected areas to strengthen cleanliness, apply the law strictly and prioritise long-term environmental and natural resource protection in support of sustainable socio-economic development. For 2026, Environment Minister Eang Sophalleth has declared a priority programme titled 'Year of Action with Concrete Results' starting 1 January 2026 to improve natural resource and environmental management and to accelerate implementation of the circular environmental strategy for a cleaner, greener and more sustainable Cambodia. In the first meeting of 2026, he ordered all leaders and officials to firmly prevent and crack down on any illegal activities in protected areas in full compliance with the Environmental Code, in force since 28 June 2024, and related regulations to ensure more effective management of forests and natural resources.
