ក្រសួងសុខាភិបាលបានប្រារព្ភពិធីអបអរសាទរខួបលើកទី១១៥ ទិវាអន្តរជាតិនារី ៨ មីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នៅភ្នំពេញ ក្រោមប្រធានបទ សន្តិភាព និងសន្តិសុខសម្រាប់ស្រ្តី និងគ្រួសារ។ ក្នុងឱកាសនេះ រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីសុខាភិបាល សាស្ត្រាចារ្យ ឈាង រ៉ា បានលើកឡើងថា ស្ត្រីកម្ពុជាកំពុងវិវត្តន៍ និងរីកចម្រើនជាមួយប្រាជ្ញា និងបទពិសោធន៍ ក្នុងគ្រប់វិស័យ រួមទាំងវិស័យសុខាភិបាល និងការអភិវឌ្ឍសង្គម។ លោកបានបញ្ជាក់ថា សន្តិភាព និងសន្តិសុខ ជាមូលដ្ឋានសម្រាប់សុខុមាលភាពស្ត្រី និងគ្រួសារ ដោយមានបរិយាកាសរស់នៅមានសុវត្ថិភាព គ្មានអំពើហិង្សា ការពារពីអំពើហិង្សាតាមយេនឌ័រ និងធានាសិទ្ធិការចូលរួមស្ត្រីក្នុងការធ្វើសេចក្តីសម្រេចចិត្ត និងកសាងសន្តិភាព។ លោកក៏បានលើកតួនាទីស្រ្តីថា ជាមនុស្សមានចរិយាសម្បត្តិ ចំណេះដឹង និងគុណធម៌ ជាតំណាងជីវិត និងការលះបង់ប្រចាំថ្ងៃ មានបទពិសោធន៍កាន់តែច្រើនតាមអាយុ និងមានឥទ្ធិពលសំខាន់ក្នុងគ្រួសារ និងសង្គម។

រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីបានណែនាំថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងមន្រ្តីសុខាភិបាលបន្តអនុវត្តការងារដោយសាមគ្គីភាព ក្តីស្រឡាញ់ និងការសហការល្អ ដើម្បីគាំទ្រប្រសិទ្ធភាពការបម្រើសុខាភិបាលជូនប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ និងលើកកម្ពស់តួនាទីស្ត្រី។ ក្នុងពិធីនេះ ក្រសួងបានប្រគល់គ្រឿងឥស្សរិយយសមេដាយដល់ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងបុគ្គលិកសុខាភិបាលជានារី នៅទីស្តីការក្រសួង និងអង្គភាពថ្នាក់កណ្តាល ធ្វើការនៅក្នុងប្រទេស និងតាមបណ្តាព្រំដែនកម្ពុជា-ថៃ ជាសក្ខីកម្មនៃការខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងរបស់ពួកគេ។ ពិធីមានការចូលរួមពីថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំក្រសួង មន្រ្តីរាជការ និងបុគ្គលិកនារីជាច្រើន រួមទាំងការចូលរួមតាមប្រព័ន្ធ Zoom ពីមន្ទីរសុខាភិបាលរាជធានី-ខេត្ត ហើយក៏មានអានព្រះរាជសាររបស់សម្តេចមហាក្សត្រី នរោត្តម មុនិនាថ សីហនុ ទាក់ទងនឹងទិសដៅលើកកម្ពស់សិទ្ធិនារី និងសង្គមមានសមភាពផងដែរ។

Cambodian Health Minister Highlights Women's Evolving Role on International Women's Day

The Ministry of Health in Phnom Penh marked the 115th anniversary of International Women's Day 8 March 2026 under the theme 'Peace and Security for Women and Families'. At the event, Health Minister Chheang Ra said Cambodian women are evolving and advancing with greater wisdom and experience across sectors, including health and national development. He stressed that peace and security are the foundation of women's and families' well-being, providing a safe environment free from violence and fear, protecting women and girls from gender-based violence, and ensuring their full participation in decision-making, peacebuilding and national security. The minister outlined women's key qualities, describing them as bearers of knowledge, ethics and sacrifice in daily life, whose growing age and experience bring clearer judgment and stronger influence in families and communities.

The minister called on ministry leaders, civil servants and health staff to work with unity, solidarity and mutual support to improve public health services and further promote women's roles. During the ceremony, the ministry conferred medals and decorations on female leaders and health officials serving at the ministry headquarters, central departments and along the Cambodia-Thailand border, in recognition of their contributions. The event gathered senior ministry officials, female staff from central and subnational levels, including participation via Zoom from provincial and capital health departments. Officials also read a royal message from Queen Mother Norodom Monineath Sihanouk, which highlighted progress, challenges and priorities to further advance women's rights and build a more inclusive and equitable society.
