នៅថ្ងៃសុក្រ ទី២១ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥នេះ សម្តេចកិត្តិព្រឹទ្ធបណ្ឌិត ប៊ុន រ៉ានី ហ៊ុនសែន ប្រធានកាកបាទក្រហមកម្ពុជា បានផ្ញើសារលិខិតរំលែកទុក្ខដ៏ក្រៀមក្រំជូនចំពោះ លោកជំទាវ ទិត្យ ខាំដារ៉ា នុតសាអាន ចំពោះមរណភាព ឯកឧត្តម នុត សាអាន ប្រធានគណៈកម្មាធិការជាតិប្រឆាំងទារុណកម្ម ដែលបានទទួលមរណភាពនៅថ្ងៃទី២០ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥។ ការស្លាប់នេះពិតជាការបាត់បង់ធំសម្រាប់កម្ពុជា ដោយអតីតឯកឧត្តមបានឧទ្ទិសខ្លួនក្នុងការអភិវឌ្ឍប្រទេស និងសង្គម។

On Friday, November 21, 2025, Bun Rany Hun Sen, President of the Cambodian Red Cross, sent a heartfelt condolence letter to Tith Kamdara Nuth Sa An, regarding the passing of Excellency Nuth Sa An, Chairman of the National Committee Against Torture, who passed away on November 20, 2025. This death marks a significant loss for Cambodia, as the former Excellency dedicated himself to the development of the nation and society.

In her letter, Bun Rany Hun Sen expressed deep sympathy and condolences to the family for the loss of such an important figure. Colleagues from the Cambodian Red Cross also wished for peace to the departed soul in the afterlife.
