នៅថ្ងៃទី៣១ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ និងថ្ងៃទី១ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ បណ្ឌិត គុណ ញឹម បាននាំយកអំណោយរបស់សម្តេចមហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត និងលោកជំទាវបណ្ឌិត ពេជ ចន្ទមុន្នី ហ៊ុនម៉ាណែត ទៅប្រគល់ជូនវីរកងទ័ពកម្ពុជា ជួរមុខតាមបណ្តោយព្រំដែនកម្ពុជា-ថៃ។ ពិធីប្រគល់អំណោយប្រព្រឹត្តនៅខេត្តសៀមរាប បាត់ដំបង និងពោធិ៍សាត់ ជូនតំណាងកងទ័ពប្រចាំសមរភូមិទិសខេត្តព្រះវិហារ ឧត្តរមានជ័យ បន្ទាយមានជ័យ និងពោធិ៍សាត់ ដែលកំពុងឈរជើងការពារបូរណភាពទឹកដី។ ក្នុងឱកាសនេះ បណ្ឌិត គុណ ញឹម បានបង្ហាញការគោរព និងក្តីស្រឡាញ់ចំពោះយុទ្ធជន ដែលបានបូជាជីវិតក្នុងសង្រ្គាម២១ថ្ងៃ ប្រឆាំងការវាយប្រហាររបស់កងទ័ពថៃ និងបានបញ្ជាក់ថា ទោះស្ថានការណ៍បាញ់ប្រហារស្ងប់ស្ងាត់ កងទ័ពកម្ពុជានៅតែត្រៀមខ្លួនប្រុងប្រយ័ត្នខ្ពស់។

អំណោយរួមមានឧបករណ៍ផ្ទុកអគ្គិសនី និងបន្ទះសូឡាសម្រាប់សាកថ្ម ៤៤ ឈុត ម៉ាសការពារផ្សែងពុល ២០០០ ឈុត តម្រងបន្ថែម ៥០០ គូ អង្ករ ១២ តោន ទឹកសុទ្ធ ៨០០ កេស កញ្ចប់ Kits ចំនួន ២៨០០ កញ្ចប់ ដែលមានអាហារ ផលិតផលប្រើប្រាស់ និងថ្នាំវេជ្ជសាស្ត្រចម្រុះ និងថវិកា ៤០ លានរៀល ព្រមទាំងរថយន្ត ៧ គ្រឿង និងទោចក្រយានយន្ត ៧ គ្រឿង ជូនយោធភូមិភាគទី៥។ ក្រៅពីនេះ សមាគមសង្គហមិត្តមន្ដ្រីរាជការនៃអគ្គនាយកដ្ឋានគយ និងរដ្ឋាករ ក៏បានប្រគល់មី ទឹកសុទ្ធ អង្ករ កញ្ចប់ Kits និងថវិកា ៤ លានរៀល ជូនលោក ឈន វ៉ាន់ឌី សកម្មជនស្ម័គ្រចិត្តដឹកជញ្ជូនស្បៀងទៅកងទ័ពជួរមុខផងដែរ។ តំណាងកងទ័ពបានថ្លែងអំណរគុណ និងប្តេជ្ញាបន្តការពារបូរណភាពទឹកដីកម្ពុជា ក្រោមការដឹកនាំរបស់សម្តេចធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត និងសម្តេចតេជោ ហ៊ុន សែន ខណៈសមាគមប្រកាសបន្តគាំទ្រកងទ័ព និងប្រជាពលរដ្ឋភៀសសឹកជាបន្តទៀត។

Gifts Delivered to Cambodian Frontline Troops along Thai Border

On 31 December 2025 and 1 January 2026, Dr Kun Nhim led a delegation to deliver gifts from Prime Minister Hun Manet and Dr Pich Chanmony Hun Manet to Cambodian frontline troops stationed along the Cambodia–Thailand border. The handover ceremonies took place in Siem Reap, Battambang and Pursat provinces, with representatives of units deployed in the Preah Vihear, Oddar Meanchey, Banteay Meanchey and Pursat sectors. Dr Kun Nhim conveyed New Year greetings and moral support from the national leadership, praised soldiers who sacrificed their lives in the recent 21‑day conflict with Thai forces and underlined that, despite a ceasefire, Cambodian troops remain on high alert to defend national sovereignty and territorial integrity.

The donation included 44 sets of power storage devices and solar charging panels, 2,000 gas masks, 500 replacement filters, 12 tonnes of rice, 800 cases of drinking water, 2,800 food and supply kits with assorted food, beverages, medicine and basic necessities, and 40 million riel in cash, as well as 7 vehicles and 7 motorbikes for Military Region 5 units. In addition, the Customs and Excise Ministry civil servants association provided instant noodles, water, rice, 100 extra kits and 4 million riel to volunteer activist Chhun Vandy, who transports supplies to positions near the front line. Military representatives expressed gratitude and pledged to continue defending Cambodia's territory under the leadership of Hun Manet and Hun Sen, while the association reaffirmed its commitment to ongoing support for frontline troops and displaced civilians.
