នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី២១ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ នៅខេត្តព្រះវិហារ បានមានព្រឹត្តិការណ៍ 'រត់ដើម្បីសន្តិភាព និងកុមារ' ដែលសហការជាមួយអង្គការយូនីសេហ្វ។ ព្រឹត្តិការណ៍នេះបានរៀបចំឡើងនៅរមណីយដ្ឋានប្រាសាទកោះកេរ ស្ថិតក្នុងឃុំស្រយង់ ស្រុកគូលែន ដែលមានចម្ងាយ ៦ គីឡូម៉ែត្រ។ កម្មវិធីនេះមានការចូលរួមពីមន្ត្រីរាជការ អ្នកដឹកនាំ និងប្រជាពលរដ្ឋច្រើន។ លោកដៃផាកស៍ នាយកអង្គារយូនីសេហ្វប្រចាំនៅកម្ពុជាបានបញ្ជាក់ថា ព្រឹត្តិការណ៍នេះមានគោលបំណងលើកកម្ពស់សហគមន៍ និងផ្តល់ឱកាសសិក្សា-កម្សាន្តដល់កុមារ។

នេះជាផ្នែកមួយនៃការអបអរសាទរទិវាកុមារសកលលើកទី៧៦ ដែលផ្តោតមានលើលទ្ធផលប្រកបដោយប្រយោជន៍សម្រាប់សហគមន៍ដែលរងផលប៉ះពាល់ដោយវិបត្តិ។ ការរៀបចំបុណ្យភូមិមានជើងជាមួយការប្រណាំងរត់រយៈពេលយ៉ាងមានអត្ថន័យ សំដៅប្រព្រឹត្តសិទ្ធិកុមារ និងការកម្សាន្តបានប្រព្រឹត្តប្រកបដោយអំពើសហ្ងុមសំខាន់។

Peace and Children's Run Event at Preah Vihear

On November 21, 2025, Preah Vihear province, in collaboration with UNICEF, organized the 'Run for Peace and Children' event. The event took place at the Koh Ker temple site in Srayong Commune, Kulen District, covering a distance of 6 kilometers. It was attended by government officials, leaders, and a large number of citizens. UNICEF's Cambodia director, Dr. Will Parks, highlighted that the event aims to enhance community resilience and provide educational opportunities for children.

This initiative celebrates the 76th Universal Children's Day, focusing on beneficial impacts for crisis-affected communities. The cultural activities and running race aim to promote children's rights and meaningful engagement, amplifying community hope and resilience. Local governor Kim Rithy expressed gratitude towards UNICEF partners for their active humanitarian contributions to the Cambodia-Thailand border communities.
