សម្តេចបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីកម្ពុជា បានចេញអនុក្រឹត្យផ្តល់ប្រាក់ឧបត្ថម្ភចំនួន ៥ម៉ឺនរៀល ជូនមន្ត្រីរាជការ និងកម្លាំងប្រដាប់អាវុធទាំងអស់ក្នុងឱកាសបុណ្យចូលឆ្នាំថ្មីប្រពៃណីជាតិ និងបុណ្យភ្ជុំបិណ្ឌ។ អនុក្រឹត្យនេះបញ្ជាក់ពីការផ្តល់ប្រាក់ឧបត្ថម្ភសម្រាប់បុណ្យចូលឆ្នាំថ្មីប្រពៃណីជាតិ ឆ្នាំមមី អដ្ឋស័ក ពុទ្ធសករាជ ២៥៦៩ និងបុណ្យភ្ជុំបិណ្ឌ ឆ្នាំមមី អដ្ឋស័ក ពុទ្ធសករាជ ២៥៧០ ដោយមានគោលបំណងលើកទឹកចិត្ត និងបន្ធូរបន្ថយបន្ទុករស់នៅរបស់មន្ត្រីរដ្ឋ និងកម្លាំងសន្តិសុខដែលកំពុងបម្រើការងារសាធារណៈ។

អនុក្រឹត្យត្រូវបានចេញផ្សាយនៅភ្នំពេញ កាលពីថ្ងៃទី ៦ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ និងត្រូវអនុវត្តលើមន្ត្រីរាជការ និងកម្លាំងប្រដាប់អាវុធគ្រប់ក្រសួងស្ថាប័ន មានបៀវត្សរ៍ជាប់បៀវត្សរ៍រដ្ឋ។ ប្រាក់ឧបត្ថម្ភនេះរំពឹងថានឹងជួយដល់មន្ត្រី និងកងកម្លាំងក្នុងការរៀបចំបុណ្យជាតិទាំងពីរ និងបង្ហាញពីការយកចិត្តទុកដាក់របស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលចំពោះសភាពជីវភាពបុគ្គលិករដ្ឋ និងកម្លាំងការពារជាតិ។

Hun Manet Approves 50,000 Riel Allowance for Civil Servants and Armed Forces

Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Manet has signed a sub-decree granting a 50,000 riel allowance to all civil servants and members of the armed forces on the occasions of the traditional Khmer New Year and Pchum Ben holidays. The sub-decree covers the Khmer New Year of the Year of the Goat, Buddhist Era 2569, and the Pchum Ben festival of the Year of the Goat, Buddhist Era 2570, and aims to support state employees and security personnel with additional funds during major national holidays.

The decision, issued in Phnom Penh on 6 March 2026, applies to eligible civil servants and armed forces personnel across all ministries and state institutions who are on the government payroll. The allowance is intended to ease living costs and help officials and security forces prepare for family and religious celebrations, while reflecting the government's stated commitment to improving the welfare of public officials and those serving in national defense and security roles.
