នៅរសៀលថ្ងៃទី ២៥ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ ២០២៦ អភិបាលរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ លោក ឃួង ស្រេង បានណែនាំអាជ្ញាធរមូលដ្ឋានខណ្ឌទាំង ១៤ ឱ្យបន្តយកចិត្តទុកដាក់រក្សាសន្តិសុខ សណ្តាប់ធ្នាប់ និងអនាម័យបរិស្ថានល្អ។ ការណែនាំនេះ បានផ្តល់ឡើងក្នុងពេលលោកអញ្ជើញជាអធិបតីភាពក្នុងពិធីសម្ពោធផ្លូវការមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលទំនិញ យោភីង YOUPIN MALL លើផ្លូវម៉ៅសេទុង សង្កាត់ទួលស្វាយព្រៃទី ១ ខណ្ឌបឹងកេងកង ដែលត្រូវបានវិនិយោគឡើងដើម្បីបម្រើការជក់ទំនិញ និងទេសចរណ៍ក្នុងរាជធានី។ លោក ឃួង ស្រេង បានរួមបញ្ចាក់ថា សន្តិភាពពេញលេញក្នុងរយៈពេល ២៨ ឆ្នាំចុងក្រោយ បានធ្វើឱ្យកម្ពុជាអភិវឌ្ឍលឿនលើវិស័យសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ហើយការពង្រឹងហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធកំពុងបង្កើនសមត្ថភាពប្រទេសឱ្យឈានទៅរកប្រទេសចំណូលខ្ពស់នៅឆ្នាំ ២០៥០។

លោកបានលើកឡើងថា ការរក្សាសន្តិសុខ និងសុវត្ថិភាពប្រសើរនៅកម្ពុជា បានបង្កើតការជឿទុកចិត្តពីវិនិយោគិនអន្តរជាតិ និងជាតិឱ្យមកវិនិយោគកាន់តែច្រើន ដូចឧទាហរណ៍ YOUPIN MALL ដែលគេរំពឹងថានឹងជួយបង្កើនសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងទាក់ទាញភ្ញៀវជាតិ អន្តរជាតិមកភ្នំពេញកើនឡើង។ រដ្ឋបាលរាជធានីភ្នំពេញបានប្រកាសថា បានត្រៀមខ្លួនរួចរាល់ក្នុងការទទួលអ្នកវិនិយោគដើម្បីលើកកម្ពស់កំណើនសេដ្ឋកិច្ច។ ខណៈពេលនោះ អ្នកឧកញ្ញា លី ឃុនថៃ ទីប្រឹក្សាសម្ដេចមហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត និងជាប្រធានសមាគមសហព័ន្ធអ្នកវិនិយោគកម្ពុជា បានលើកឡើងថា ផ្សារទំនើបថ្មីបង្ហាញពីការជឿទុកចិត្តរបស់អ្នកវិនិយោគចំពោះការដឹកនាំរបស់នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត និងរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា។

Phnom Penh Governor Urges Order and Cleanliness to Draw More Investors

Phnom Penh governor Khuong Sreng has instructed authorities in all 14 districts to maintain security, public order and environmental cleanliness to make the capital more attractive for investors. He delivered the message on the afternoon of 25 January 2026 while presiding over the official inauguration of Youpin Mall, a new commercial center on Mao Tse Toung Boulevard in Tuol Svay Prey 1 commune, Boeung Keng Kang district. The governor linked the new investment to nearly three decades of peace in Cambodia, saying stable conditions under previous and current leadership have enabled broad economic and trade expansion and ongoing upgrades to national infrastructure aimed at moving the country toward high-income status by 2050.

Khuong Sreng stressed that strong security and safety are key factors building investor confidence and attracting more domestic and foreign capital, with Youpin Mall cited as a concrete example expected to boost economic activity and visitor numbers in Phnom Penh. The municipal administration, he said, is prepared to welcome further investors to support higher economic growth. Oknha Ly Khunthe, adviser to Prime Minister Hun Manet and president of the Cambodian Investors Federation Association, said the new modern market is expected to increase national and international tourism and demonstrates investor trust in the current government's leadership.
