នៅថ្ងៃទី ១០ ធ្នូ ២០២៥ ឯកឧត្ដម កិច ឈា តំណាងអចិន្ត្រៃយ៍របស់កម្ពុជាប្រាប់ប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាសន្តិសុខអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិ។ ប្រទេសថៃបានប្រើកម្លាំងយោធាពង្វាងហ៊ីមផានលើកម្ពុជា ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី ៧ ធ្នូ ដោយប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាសន្តិសុខត្រូវបញ្ចាក់ឱ្យតាមចុងកម្ពុជា។

ឯកឧត្ដមកិច ឈា អំពាវនាវឲ្យអង្គការសន្តិសុខបញ្ច្រាបប្រធាននិងហ្វាយយោធាថៃឱ្យបញ្ឈប់ធ្វើសកម្មភាពលើកម្ពុជា។ ការវាយប្រហារដែលទទួលខុសត្រូវមិនត្រឹមត្រូវនៃថៃមានវេទនា និងមិនគោរពច្បាប់អន្តរជាតិ។

Cambodia Criticizes Thai Aggression

On December 10, 2025, His Excellency Keo Chhea, Permanent Representative of Cambodia to the United Nations, reported to the UNSC President. Cambodia urged the UN Security Council to take immediate action against Thailand's aggressive military actions that began on December 7.

His Excellency Keo Chhea called for an end to Thailand's attacks, violating international law with indiscriminate targeting. He highlighted the need for peaceful dialogue yet reserved Cambodia's right to self-defense under UN regulations.
