ការចុះបញ្ជីផលិតផល គឺជាការកំណត់អត្តសញ្ញាណកម្មសម្គាល់លើផលិតផល។ ការចុះបញ្ជីនេះធ្វើឱ្យអ្នកប្រើប្រាស់ទំនុកចិត្តលើផលិតផល។ រដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា បានកែសម្រួលដើម្បីធ្វើអោយការចុះបញ្ជីងាយស្រួល និង មានតម្លៃសមរម្យ។ នៅពេលនេះ​គ្រប់ការស្នើសុំត្រូវបានប្រើពាក្យស្នើសុំតែមួយ ក្នុងការបញ្ចុះបញ្ជី១០មុខផលិតផលបាន។ ប្រតិបត្តការនេះជួយកាត់បន្ថយឯកសារជាង១០មក ៣ឬ ៤ ឯកសារប៉ុណ្ណោះ។

តម្លៃដែលបានកំណត់សម្រាប់ការចុះបញ្ជីគឺ ២០ម៉ឺនរៀល ឬ ៥០ដុល្លារក្នុងមួយមុខ។ ការបញ្ចុះតម្លៃក៏ត្រូវបានផ្តល់ឱ្យសហគ្រាស និងក្រុមហ៊ុននាំចូលដែលចុះបញ្ជីច្រើនផលិតផល។ ចេះជំនួយក្នុងការសង្កត់កិច្ចការធ្វើអាជីវកម្មនៅកម្ពុជា។

New Conditions for Product Registration in Cambodia

The Cambodian government has simplified the procedures for product registration to facilitate business operations. The Ministry of Industry, Science, Technology, and Innovation has revised the product registration process to make it more straightforward and cost-effective. Companies can now use a single application for multiple products, reducing the necessary documentation to three or four items instead of over ten. The registration fee is set at 200,000 Riels or 50 USD per item.

In a bid to encourage more registrations, discounts are offered to enterprises and importers registering multiple products at once. This move aims to streamline business activities and increase consumer trust in locally registered products, enhancing both their marketability and consumer protection.
